And he might do it again against Villa.
I really like what he offers, but I think Ange will go with Kulusevski to complement two speed merchants in Son and Werner in the front line. And, if Johnson is needed we could see the same line up we saw last week with Kulusevski dropping back deeper into CM and Johnson playing on the wing.
Everyone has a role to play, and its important that we get a full 90 minutes from the squad.

It's a test of character as much as anything. McGinn is on the record there saying this is the biggest league match for Villa in recent history...meaning many years. Gotta respect that, he knows an 8 point gap to us would be huge at this stage and they've not been in the top European competition sine the 80s.
So we've gotta match that ambition and accountability, and stop making excuses for not needing to win crunch games. We need to impose ourselves, have discipline, and not limp home this season because we've got the never ending excuse that we're "building something".

Talk about a 6-pointer. If we win, we're 2 points behind Villa, restoring the 6 point gap to United and it'll start feeling like there's a "top 5" heading in to the tail end of the season but if we lose it'll feel like we'll have been cut adrift from the "top 4" and we'll be scrapping with the worst United side in living memory for that 5th place. I know we've got a game in hand but still, this feels like a really pivotal match.

I would prefer his pace off the bench. I think giving Deki the place means Deki has to perform today otherwise his place is under real threat
