So disappointing after how we were playing earlier in the season. I think it’s a combination of tired legs, injuries and the simple fact that teams know how to play against us.
Get amongst us early on, play the ref, disrupt our rhythm with niggly fouls and stoppages. But most importantly of all hit us on the break.

Emerson and Davies as our number 10s meant that we offered nothing going forward and were constantly caught defensively. We could all see that’d happen before the game and I assume Ange knows better than all of us.
United are dogshit in the same way we've been dogshit. We've been no better the last 15 games.

No excuses for this match. I love Ange, but we need to starting asking some questions about our defense. 2 goals for them and we were lucky. This is unacceptable.

The unfortunate thing is that this performance is not a one-off.
Have to remember how early we are in our development, but with each passing week it feels like more than initially thought needs to improve.
For one, we won't win anything if we continue to be as open as we are. Needs to be a better balance.
That little pass around the corner in the space behind the fullback that opens up once the FB presses and doesn't win the ball occurs way too easily.

And tbh I'm not getting bogged down with champions league ifs and buts. We just need to find something resembling a good performance and soon
