At least he’s running everyone and marking agressively, something I can’t say of our wings and our midfield. Our 2 cb are the one ones playing like they care
Running well and marking well but passing is shocking.

Time for a good half time shouting from Ange. At least the only way is up in terms of intensity and quality for second half. COYS!
It’s not only the players. This tactics are not working. Teams found a way to counter it and Ange seems to lack a plan B.
the full backs getting inside tactic has been killing us for some time now

I don’t think we’ve played as badly as some on here do It’s more a case of coming up against a very well organized, well drilled Wolves .So many on here forget there is another team on the field trying to win the game. The way we play will always give other teams a chance to break against us and Wolves are set up to do that.
The goal is poor. A needlessly given away corner; Vicario couldn’t give Richarlison a shout to leave the ball? Then the smallest man on the field gets a free header!!

I don't think I've ever been a knee-jerk poster just a jerk. But since the Chelsea game we have either been found out or standard's have significantly dropped. It's masked by 20 minute spells where we look good but that is just not sustainable

Maddison is the only player in the front 6 with any sort of composure and football intelligence to make something happen but he needs a couple of players on his wavelength

I'd be inclined to swap Emerson for either Bentancur or Lo Celso and move Sarr to right back or bring on Lo Celso for kulusevski who can maybe do similar to Maddison

Wolves are an exceptionally well coached team. We are having an off day but O’Neill has our number.
Don't think it's just an off day we've been awful for a while to be honest. I was hoping the players returning from internationals would give us a lift or the players getting back fit after injuries.

In all honesty we look spent, like a different team to the team that started the season.

Hope we come out with a better plan because our in-game adjustments either don't exist or they are bad. Need to start strong in second half, having a shot on target would help.

Very poor half. Let’s hope Ange can turn this around for us. We’ve been a shambles when out of possession and ponderous and uninspiring with the ball.
Agree. Build up from our cbs and biss has been far too slow. Earlier in the season they were finding biss straight away and he was taking it on the turn and beating 1 or 2 me before pinging it through the channels.

To me, maddison, son, kulu and Emerson have been poor. Not enough impetus on the ball.

Big half needed, again.

Another bad half and becoming too much of a habit. Being outfought at our home is not good enough. What happened to the fast aggressive starts we had? Did the injuries make them more reluctant early in games? We look so flat and predictable. Need the good subs to make an impact I think. That goal was an absolute joke as well.

Ange's system won't work if there is no effective press, we need to be closing off the passing options every single time and pressing the ball aggressively every single time. But we have stopped doing this as a team for whatever reason.

It's so easy for low block teams to get out because we are not picking up the nearest man, so the bloke on the ball has lots of options to pass when they turn the ball over. We don't work as hard as the consistent top teams, it's that simple

that’s a good point but I do think we’ve lost some intensity in our pressing and passing recently.
Richy is great when it comes to work rate but his link up play can at times stop attacks as well.
I keep seeing players loose the ball and not chase back after it
