Newcastle vs Bournemouth our next opponents in FA Youth Cup started and live on YouTube, and Bournemouth 1-0 up after 2 mins. Game is played at St James Park so maybe we could play at our stadium.

Doubt it. Financials wouldn't be viable.

Ramell Carter is no longer with the club.
That’s a shame as he was so skilful.

I had hoped he would be able to turn that into good performances on the pitch.

It’s such a pity that we couldn’t nurture his talent as his level of skill, ball control, dribbling and finishing were insane.

Any idea where he has gone?

Mundle appears to be on the move again. I've not been following him since he left the academy, is it not working out in Belgium or is it working out so well that he's turned heads and is in demand elsewhere?

(maybe should in the general transfers thread but he's one of our own etc)

One senior appearance since August and has been largely playing for their second-division youth team…

He's not really had a look in. I think they knew it was a win-win. If he came good then great they could make a few bob on him, but if not he'd still make them a few bob because he's got admirers in the Championship. Quids in.

It was never going to be played at home but Spurs have Brighton at home on the 10th so this confirms it won’t be. I’ve seen some people suggest Stevenage and they’re away to Port Vale on the 10th so their ground could be available.

Why couldn’t it be played at 12 with free entry to season ticket holders and those attending the Brighton game?

They do have the extra NFL locker rooms I suppose. Logistically if the cup games kicks off at 12 it will finish around 1:45-2pm. Is that enough time for the senior players to warm up and be ready for 3 o’clock?

Didn't the youth teams win two cups last season, don't think any of the games were played at the stadium so not sure there's much hope for this cup match.

They did a double header for the women's game last year with Bournemouth so it's possible. I don't think they would for this, but it would be good.
