Unpopular or not, the guy is a real bloody handful & an extremely underrated player.

However, he literally hates us.

He’s also stated that he wants to be first choice next season, whatever happens.

I think Max Kruse would be a clever acquisition. Very good link up striker.

And even though he seems to have attitude issues and a circus around him, I’d still love us to go for Rabiot. He’s a brilliant player.

Was just talking about Olivier to my grandson. Take him in a heartbeat!
Bloody tribalism will scupper it!

nothing really new except maybe for the very last bit
ali z on eriksen (and toby): He(eriksen) is not Hala for Madrid he wants Barca, am concerned that he will neither sign a deal or get Barca. He and Toby could both still stay it's all up in the air. With Eriksen I really believe it is not about money, Toby is finding out that no club wants to give him what he wanted.

Good.

Hopefully both stay (for one more season at least). Add Wan Bissaka and a couple of midfielders and we’ll be pretty formidable. ?

Please please please please please.

Mail reported 60mil budget plus sales (dream scenario ahead) use that on Ndombele, Serge + Tripps fees for AWB, leftovers sales go towards Berge. Fast forward 12 months, PL champs.

You can hire me now Levy.

I'll throw in Lamela sale funds towards Grealish in my master plan.

I literally hate the fact that I'm now agreeing with those who say we should sell Lamela.

I love the kid & don't think I've ever wanted a player to succeed with us as much as I have with him. But the truth is we simply can't depend upon him, and we're paying him £4mil per year to keep our physios busy. That money could certainly be better spent elsewhere.

I fucking love the guy too and was a huge advocate to not sell him last summer but its unfortunately just time... He simply can't be relied upon. Still think he's a damn good player and can bring a lot to the squad he's just never healthy.

Welcome aboard the train guys. Hopefully neither of you were the reactionary types during those really heated days (tbf dtx you weren't here at the time but it was bad). Great of you to hold your hands up now. He's furniture at this point and it will be sad to see him gone but it must happen. I longed for the Marseille deal to happen 3-4 summers ago and will admit that would have been 1 year too early as that was the Leicester year and he was good. But now we've gone 2-3 years too late and that is bad.

I've never, ever said a word against the lad, and have angrily defended him for the years we've had him.

He's a passion player & has pretty much stated his love for the club since the first minute he walked through the doors.

He has all the tools to be a genuinely excellent player, apart from the body to withstand the rigours of the game (over here, at least).

We may as well add Balotelli too so we can get even more off-field drama . Ben Arfa was one of the most gifted players of his generation....but, like Balotelli, wasted it for lack of grit and determination - and being "difficult" to deal with. So, no merci.

True. He fought so hard to recover from double hip surgery but it seems the intensity of the league and Poch's training sessions are still impacting his overall fitness  Will be sad to see him go and I hope he can find a league that suits his current situation.

How fucking immense would it be to see both Alderwiereld and Eriksen stay? That should be our absolute priority if theres even a chance of making it happen.
