Not sure why this gets a disagree tbh.Baffled by posts in here, our forwards are a problem area for us.
Ange repeatedly says this and this match the probs were clear. Timo showed a glimmer of hope and Richie worked hard. That's it imo.
Because he did good tonight. And to call the positivity baffling after a positive evening is... well, quite baffling. Not sure why this gets a disagree tbh.
pretty factual assessment and one our manager agrees with and says himself.
Not sure. I would not be opposed to a few more games from the bench.Starts against Everton for me
Another one
This is way I get so irritated when people say stuff like "Johnson isnt good enough" etc.His a good lad and hopefully the goal will help!
Against city he tried something and it didn’t come off the crowd cheered him for having a go!
if we we back him, sing his name, cheer and support him, I am sure he will have a far better chance of success
Also I think it's a progression which a young player can enjoyNot sure. I would not be opposed to a few more games from the bench.
First, I think he is much better running at tired legs, and second, I think the motivation to go out and prove yourself is there when a starting spot is not handed to you quite so easily.
I love that we have this option though. Tonight he showed a level of confidence and fire that I had not seen in a couple of games.

Given the way we play I think it's quite hard to meaningfully compare goals for and against with other teams. The whole approach means that I expect us to both score and concede more than teams of similar ability who play more cautiously.I cant be moaning at our forwards when we’ve been missing Sonny but still boast the 3rd best attack in the league behind Liverpool and City.
Clearly last night the issue was our defence.
A team with forward issues would be Man Utd
24 goals compared to our 47
Anyway Brennan was great last night and his final run should have been the nail in the coffin for Norgaard who blatantly took him out.
I think as he has said there he hasn't performed at the level he would like. I think he's one that benefited from a break and coming on as sub. This is way I get so irritated when people say stuff like "Johnson isnt good enough" etc.
Get behind them and show them some encouragement, you never know it may be what they need.
I think we had a big issue at the start of the season with our lack of forwards, but bringing in Solomon/Werner/Johnson has meant we now have 6 in the group. Not sure why this gets a disagree tbh.

He touched the ball 20 times today and gave it away 9 times. He's just not ready yet.
He's got pace, can finish (based on YT videos) and is still young, so there is something to work with. His pace means he can be a good sub, as there is nothing worse for tired defenders than fast attackers coming off the bench. But he shouldn't be starting for us as this stage in his career.
