Can anyone tell me what channel the game's on? My dad's in hospital recovering from a heart attack, and he said they have a TV with Sky. Thanks!

I, on the other hand, gotta feeling that tonight’s when Chelsea show everyone they haven’t become a terrible team overnight, and we show everyone that the dream start has to end somewhere 😬
They've been terrible for about 18 months, this isn't an overnight thing.

If we're being honest we really should be beating them tonight.

Best wishes to dad mate but do you really want him watching the game while recovering from a heart attack?

It’s on Sky
Main event and PL

It’ll be sky sports PL/Sky sports Main event mate.

I think tonight shows our fan base need to just enjoy the ride more.

If we play teams like Chelsea/Liverpool or United, there’s are fans in here saying that we have to win to show we’ve really pushed on….

However if we play the teams near the bottom we have people in here telling us that “these are the teams you have to routinely beat to show you’ve pushed on”…

So essentially we pressure ourselves into thinking we have to win every single game, now it’s great for the players to have that mentality and to go out and try and do it. However what is silly, and what does the damage is not getting a result tonight will see some people to have the mindset of “see, told you…” can’t win either way with that mentality.

Personally I can see us winning, I can see us drawing, but I’m struggling to see us losing… famous last words of course.

If that's the case then that's the way it is. No one should be losing sight of the fact we are only 11 games into this new era and are nowhere near the finished article. Would love a win and I think we will do it, but there is no way I'm throwing any toys out of my pram if we lose, in fact I haven't even brought new ones after Conte left.

I’m nervous about who starts at LB. But Chelsea have been so poor in front of goal and if Bissouma, Maddison and Son all perform we should create chances for ourselves and we have been much more clinical so far this season.

Need the crowd to play a part though.

I agree - and this is why I think its important to change the mentality to one where we believe we can win every match at home.

We might lose. But, we shouldn't be afraid to believe that we should be winning.
We beat Arsenal at our place and the crowd was amazing, Arsenal wilted due to the cauldron of noise. We need that again.

Yes, we need the crowd to play a part.

But it needs to be a confident, unwavering, highly optimistic part.
Not the Spurs fans of old...all twitchy, nervous, thinking the worse if we go a goal down or only leading 1-0 with 10 minutes to go.

Have faith and confidence in this whole new setup.
Have unwavering faith in Ange Postecoglou.
And project that faith and confidence on to the pitch and the players...at ALL times.

We got this.
We are not the Spurs of old...so lets not be the fans of old either.
A good home win coming up.

The campaign to "boo" Pochettino led by the usual online suspects has become so cringe it beggars belief. Yeah fine it was funny as a bit of Panto but the obsessiveness of the likes of BillieT and what not is embarrassing. He wasn't ur Dad, lads. He hasn't betrayed you. He was just a football manager who had a great spell while at Spurs.

Move. The. Fuck. On.

But I agree. Don't want the fans getting caught up in that when we need to be behind the team 100% and focus on cheering them rather than anything to do with dad Poch

It's the time of year when my husband and I avoid each other. I'm nervous about this game because it feels like people are expecting us to have a better chance than normal!

Though if you consider it, Ange, the way we’re playing, we’ve been top of the league, confidence is up… doesn’t make it a given but perhaps we do have a better chance than normal.. ☺️

Let’s just remember where we are in our process. That despicable club have thrown another billion pounds at players. We are trying to create a team with spirit and bond that is willing to play football in the manner our great club made its reputation on.

Whatever happens, it’s nice to be proud of spurs again.

now go and batter those chavvy bell ends please boys.

Always feels like no natter how well we’re playing and how badly they are they beat us, so it would be a real statement win. to beat them, regardless of their form would be the one that would make any doubters really sit up and take notice.
