Great win under the circumstances. Some may say there will be tougher challenges to come, but for now and until we start to really gel, getting the points on the board is invaluable. Top of the table and just to add it one more time, Klopp can go f*#k himself. lol

Actually think the international break has come at a good time for us too. Top of the league, off the back of some good well fought results, now time to slow it down a bit and come back in a couple of weeks.

Massive 3 points.

So good to see how the team is developing. There's so much unity and resilience.

So nice to be able to enjoy the weekend "early".

Now on to the rugby ...

Well well, looked like it was here we go again, but this really is a different Spurs. We look a bloody good solid side now and the exciting thing is we are only going to get better

Romero’s growth this season from a yellow card waiting to happen to a calm and considered player has been such an important part of our overall improvement
Not trying to crap on any individual players here or minimise the clear change in Cuti himself this season, but having not just competent but good player beside him must help out immensely.

His natural ability and qualities have been given a chance to shine now, and Ange's public show of confidence in making him a vice-captain and a leader of the squad, not just team, has helped no doubt.

But you have to see the big picture - you can't pin point a few wayward passes and decide he played poorly.

On balance - Sarr was a very important player for us today, and he made far more positive contributions than negative.
i didn't. I completely agree he was very important and was a major contributor but the one pass was a massive mistake that could have changed the result. To me, a sober analysis would acknowledge how bad a mistake that was while still praising his overall contribution. cheers

sigh - feels like this has been covered a dozen times.

He gets 1 game for the red. He goes back to 4 YCs - and will pick up another suspension when he hits 5.
I wouldn’t ask if I knew would I now. There is really no need for the first paragraph of your reply. If it’s that much of a frustration for you why bother replying at all? My question was already answered in the post before yours.

Richarlison needs offloading. Awful player.

Also, and it's undeniable so I'll hear no arguments, it was all that shitty kit's fault today. Completely destroyed our mojo.

Science.

It's like becoming a father. He is now acting with more maturity on the pitch knowing he is expected to lead.

I think that’s down to the added responsibility of being a vice captain. It’s unusual to have that but looks like a genuine piece of man management brilliance from Ange.

Pulling for a draw tomorrow so we can spend two weeks top of the table.

Although if City win 10-0 I won't cry either.

Madness. Just don’t reply if it bothers you that much.
