I think he's trying to use Kane's indecision on the move to force him into signing an extension.
Levy doesn't want to lose H for nothing and in all honesty, that's probably the right thing to do.
Kane has flashed his knickers twice now and the first time, Man City didn't stump up the cash.
This time, it seems that Bayern have but Kane's not actually sure he wants to go there, maybe he was trying to use it as leverage?
Whatever the case, Harry and Charlie won't have the brains to battle Levy when it comes to negotiating.
It seems like Levy is about to call their bluff.
Big gamble and a bold play but I guess as chairman he has to do it.
Exit clauses would have to be favourable for Kane to sign anything I'd have thought, certainly after a poor season and with no idea how we'll go under Ange.
