Ignoring the fact that Feyenoord were in a title race and only just won the league yesterday.
If it was made official he was coming to us it could’ve derailed that and would’ve been completely unprofessional.
In that case it has to be him then surely? I just think Levy's eyes will be lighting up at the thought of a manager who can work under financial constraints.

He's already kicked the shit out of Gary Lineker. Marked him out of the game back in 1992 when we played Feyenoord in the Cup Winners Cup QF
He verbally kicked the shit out of his own fanbase when one of 'em threw a lighter at an Ajax player... And they still love him 😎

Told just now we are still speaking to various candidates agents etc. We still don't know who we want is the truth of it.

Levy likes Slot others not so keen. Yes we are still doing this, with everyone and their dog having an opinion regardless of how much they understand about the game. It seems just when we are starting to come to a decision, someone else weighs in that really shouldn't have a say in the bloody matter.

It’s Nuno all over again isn’t it.

probably worse

Its a shit show but Slot is certainly a better manager than Nuno. Just not sure why we have to go round and round in circles and potentially end up with the manager we wanted as first choice from day one.

If they do actually appoint him.

Isn’t the concern that with the distractions and pissing around we alienate the supposed number 1 choice and end up with the Nuno equivalent? (Is Bruno Lage available?)

If arsenal doing well with Arteta actually ends up with us appointing Mason...

What’s changed with Levy, he has always historically been so quick to replace managers.

Jol with Ramos
Poch with mourinho

to name a few

why has he more recently been so indecisive?

Obviously want Spurs to win above all else, but just purely from a ‘next manager’ perspective the next match seems like a lose/lose scenario.

We lose and Thomas Frank likely rises up the rankings, we win and Ryan Mason rises up the rankings.

P.S. Yes we 100% shouldn’t be basing things off the result of one game, but unfortunately I believe our management are dim enough to do just that.
