If it is the case that JN will take over in the summer, I would hope Levy brings someone more experienced in that can work with Mason. Someone like Harry Redknapp. 10 games, let’s go for it.

I'm starting to get nervous. Its less than 8 days until we play again and Antonio is still employed as the manager. Are we seriously going to let him see out the season? That's crazy. He basically gave the 'burn the house down' speech. Its over. If we were going to get rid then there was no better time than the international break and the clocks-a-ticking.
Have you not been following this thread because numerous ITKs have said that he has been relieved of his duties. He ain’t coming back.

This all seems so odd, contes gone but stellini might stay and manage us for the season ?

I would imagine that Stellini and the back room staff won’t get a chance to thrash out their severance packages until Conte is ‘officially’ relieved of his duties.

ITK info aside, he’s still down as manager on the official website and there’s been nothing from the LMA to suggest otherwise.

I think this is what the OP was getting at. Until it’s official, AC is still manager.

Nagelsmann would be a game changing appointment.
What we need to do is give Paratici his marching orders and get an attacking based DOF in.
The man from Leverkusan would be a really good shout.
The two working together with the same end game cannot be overstated.
Bring in the Germans!

Just to add another guess to the guessiest thread I’ve seen for a while, I’d contend it has probably taken some time behind the scenes to simultaneously agree a billion settlement agreements with his entourage of coaches and assistants.

Yes I understand totally and until it’s officially announced by the Club he’s still our manager by name but our ITKs are saying he’s gone and the next move will be official confirmation.

Isn't half of the Conte bloodline on the payroll?

Levy gonna have more then one fight in the playground this time around.

But If contes already gone then why the wait.

I would imagine employment law is a little more complex then “Antonio you’re sacked, get your coat, bag and belongings…whilst we’re on the topic, tell all your little mates to sling their hook en’all

I get that but every other club sacks their manager along with the back room staff who came with him usually, they don’t sack the manager and then 4 weeks later let go of the rest.

But AC hasn’t been sacked (yet). So any talk of “4 weeks after” is hypothetical.

Listen, I have no doubt AC will be relieved of his duties, but until then I’m guessing that the contracted staff will have to fulfil their contractual obligations until told otherwise.

Guess work suggests that Conte may have been told earlier then the others, until such a time, Stellini & co will need to carry on working as paid to do so.

I'd be... "Antonio, you still in Italy? Good. Stay there. We'll send your stuff from the lodge. Arrivederci my son." Bang, phone down.
