We had been talking go Tuchel, in my educated opinion, I genuinely felt he would be our next manager. However, I honestly feel Levy will now go all out for Nagelsmann and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he came. I'll try and do some digging.
There doesn't seem to be a discernible difference between the two.

If Tuchel was on the shortlist and perhaps the primary choice then surely Nagelsmann fits the remit for the board

If we really were going after tuchel and Bayern caught wind and acted quickly then that’s annoying, however if we do somehow end up with nagelsmann then I believe the best outcome has been reached. Big if though

Nagelsmann hasn’t convinced at Bayern at all, do we actually want him?
Basically turned us down to go to Bayern. I said at the time it showed a lack of a desire to prove how good he was by going to a team who have a monopoly on German football. That he’s been less than a stellar success there would indicate that he’s unlikely to be a roaring success at Tottenham.
