I am not totally sold on a Poch reunian but I will say this.

Bentancur, Bissouma, Porro, Romero, Richarlison and Udogie are right up his street
Hojbjerg is great in pressing teams, usually in top% when it comes to interceptions. Skipp and Sarr should do well too.

I’ll give the man a pass this time because he’s had his troubles recently, but it’s time to pull finger and make some hard decisions regarding the starting 11 from here on.
I can presume the whole club, players and fans are really ok if he is to take a longer sick leave to tune his health and mental back a little. We all understood his difficulties. So why not sort it out, take a step back and come back strong. Instead he rushed to come back and now falters, making things worse.

It's actually just clicked now.

When Levy said "Exciting times are coming" and stuff isn't in the public domain, he's talking about Poch coming back.

Because he absolutely thinks thats the answer.

I have to disagree. What he has at the back is bottom half of the league quality. No manager does better with this defence. People talk about how well Poch did but that defence is miles ahead of this one. This inconsistency is exactly what to expect with this squad. It's half quality.
But if your defence is so terrible, why continue to play a style of football so heavily reliant on it performing at high level? We should be going "fuck it, 4-3-3, let's get at them and at least try to pressure them offensively", but that doesn't happen.

We're wasting an extra starting spot on these inferior players in defence, and in doing so basically handicapping the team before kick-off. If you have one good CB at your club, surely you don't turn out three in your starting 11 every single match? There's no logic here with these decisions, it's just inflexibility and stubbornness.

Some people will literally work themselves to death, Conte is definitely one of them even if it’s to his and our detriment at times. It’s also the reason we wanted him in the first place. If our team had the same work ethic we would be playing so much better.

I’ve defended him until now, but 3-1 down at ht and not making any changes to 66th min was it? Almost likes playing to get sacked.

part ways amicably and start again in the summer (with new owners hopefully)

Sanchez is considerably better than Tanganga. Putting his debut to one side, which we lost anyway, he’s done nothing good in a Tottenham shirt. He’s a rubbish footballer.

I agree that Sanchez is better than Tanganga but today was a tactics and systems issue. It wasnt about one player but everyone on the pitch. Incompetent defending, impotent attack. I thought PEH and Bentancur did ok and tried their best but clearly Leicester targeted those two as really - they knew we would be outnumbered.

I have a binge eating issue, that performance has made me binge eat :) Tim Horton donuts - Fuck Conte Fuck the players.

For you, nothing is Conte's fault. Absolutely nothing. When we were in the top 4 I'm pretty sure you kept using that as a barometer to show how good Conte was.

Now we're playing absolutely terribly and out of the top 4, but it's not Conte's fault. I don't get it.

This is a guy we're paying £15m per year and apparently wants more if he was to stay. The football all season has been absolutely gash, even when were fluking results.

I cannot understand anybody who doesn't think he's should be getting more out of our squad. Do we have limitations? Yes. But fucking hell some of the performances this season have been genuinely awful.

I hate the style. And I mean genuinely hate it. It's boring and given our attacking talents, we SHOULD NOT be playing like the underdog week after week.

Weird. Because I said he should have started Royal over Porro, and should have subbed Kulu and Son early.

But, sure - let's put the blame entirely on Conte if it makes you feel better. And, we can then blame Nuno. And, then we can blame Mason (for not winning the Cup with this squad), and then we can blame Mourinho for not winning with this squad. And, then we can blame Poch for claiming we needed a re-build, when clearly the squad was good enough.

Players should never be held accountable, when you can blame a manager instead!

He does deserve blame for bad choices but he has just had serious surgery.

Perhaps he should have stayed away a little longer and performances havent been good enough but that caveat should be stated.
Ducking excuses people make to cover his crap decisions. He had an operation!! So what? It wasn’t a lobotomy ffs. You telling me he couldn’t see Kulu and Son having stinkers? Or Perisic and not changing anything.
