How much of that is down to luck and how much down to Everton are shit? They have the 2nd worst goals scored record in the league. Everton wouldn't be 19th if they could hit a barn door.Because Everton missed two huge chances
Proper footballThis is why I love football, cracking game.
Dyche doing everything right, block passes to partey, onana almost man marking him and CL stopping the passes getting to him.
2 men on Saka whenever he gets the ball and a high press (at times) with a hostile crowd. It's like Moyes Everton is back today.
New manager bounce and all that but Dyche is really underrated.
Check out his tactics masterclass on YouTube, he communicates so well, keeps things simple and varies the play, good management

Quite clear I think the Everton players had stopped playing for Lampard. Just look at how they are tearing into Arsenal today.Dyche’s teams get an unfair rep from most people. They press with a ton of intelligence and teamwork and are always intense in their attacks. That’s always been the case.
Probably that and the new manager bounce. Even in Dyche’s worst Burnley times, his teams still carried these principles though. His plan is very simple with and without the ball, but to counter it often requires matching their intensity, which isn’t easy.Quite clear I think the Everton players had stopped playing for Lampard. Perhaps they had lost their respect for Lampard ? Isn't the what happened at Chelsea ?
Bit like Richarlison then ?He also has a lot of injuries
Impressive stuff from Everton with the fact dyche has been there a week.
