Pretty clear to me that coaches hit a point under Levy where they realise they are not going to get what they need and have been duped.

You then start to get resigned statements from them or subtle comments that show they've had enough.

I don't have a issue with Emerson he has tried.......a very limited footballer but he tries.

My issue is we sign talented youngsters and stunt their development. Now if I was seeing a high octane brand of football I'd be understanding that Conte can't just drop players...but christ on a bike .... we have been playing absolute turgid boring piss arse football under this manager for the last 5 months...yet we see the same crap served up every week.

I want to see other talent too... I've seen what Emerson offers I've seen what Doherty offers.... we haven't seen what this young man has to offer.

I support and am loyal to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club not some manager who is passing by.

Conte is a winner. He's not going to leave a lad out for any other reason than he doesn't think he's up to it just yet or at least, he isn't better than the other two boys. All these conspiracy theories about how managers are "trying to send a message to the board" are just that. A man like Conte will do anything to win. He's not going to sacrifice a match just to make a point.

Conte sees him every day. He knows Spence better than you or me. I'd love to see Spence given a chance but I'm a fat office monkey whose greatest football achievement is on a 5-a-side pitch against similarly rotund gentlemen. Conte has spent 40 years at the very highest level of the game. He might just know more than me about the game. That doesn't mean he's always right but, on the balance of probabilities, he'll get more right than us two put together.
