A few months s ago, we were all worried that Madrid were going to exercise their buy-back option for him.
Now we can't wait to get rid of him.
He hasn't become a crap player in those last few months.
Spurs fans are so fickle.

Eh?

It's Conte who can't wait to get rid of him, don't blame the fans.

Brighton are in talks with Villarreal over left-back Pervis Estupiñán.

So that's another club potentially off the list for Reguilon.

Are we going to be unable to shift him? Or maybe Villareal will come in for him.
I think we’ve found our new Sunderland/Stoke/Portsmouth

It’s a strange one for me, I think he has done ok for us and I would still have him ahead of Sess. Conte obviously has his reasons though and I trust him to make the right calls.

Juve seem to be absolutely desperate for a LB. One to watch IMO.

Maybe other clubs think he's over priced. Or he's turning them down.
I’ve no idea. We don’t appear to be over pricing our players at the moment. The issue seems to be more with their salaries and the interested clubs can’t pay close to what they’re getting here.

I’d have thought with a bit of money would be up for Reguillon but at the moment it appears not.

He’s a strange player. He has the engine to get into great positions. You’d hope that better finishing and crossing technique could be coached, because he has the raw pace and stamina to be successful. And he can coached on the defensive side as well. So it’s strange we are not giving a bit more time.

This may be Unpopular/ controversial, and I’m going to express this inadequately, but I’ve always felt there was something a bit off in his attitude. He seems to do things with a knowing wink, a level of Irreverence toward authorities/ established figures, with a bit of cheek. Like with his exaggerated celebrations from the bench running onto the field (by himself) that the coaches have had to rein in, the slight mockery of other teammates celebrations, the jokey attitude on the training ground. In a Moment with a head coach that demands absolute dedication, I could see how Reguilon could grate.

I may just not like his vibe - always felt like he was that annoying kid on the playground that you just wanted to pummel (like Sergio Ramos almost did with him at Madrid). But perhaps there’s a kernel of truth somewhere in there.

Not crap, most on here agree he is not crap. He is just not suited to AC's style if play which relies heavily on the wing backs to be better than reggie with their final ball or more likely to score from a good chance in the box. Unfortunately reggie has shown in his time here that composure in the final 3rd and his final ball/shot aren't his strong point.

Reggy is a very good left back — he’s just not well suited to be a LWB in Conte’s system.

He’ll do great playing in a 4back side.
It's funny because I think Reguilon and Gil down the left side with a 442 or 433 formation would work really well. They're just not right for us and our system. Maybe Gil can develop into the onside forward role. I'm not sure Reguilon can develop into a wingback though.

Well basically, yes.
conte doesn’t want them around
He wants them to leave.
but they have 2+ years on their contracts so they can justifiably stay.
Not sure anyone wants them hanging around that lot but they could do it if they wanted to
Got images of them all standing around having a smoke in the training ground smoking alley lol.

No 'we' weren't. You can only speak for yourself.

I think many have overrated Reggie. He had a couple of decent games when he first joined but has regressed since then. We need higher standards if we're to truly be a big club that everyone wants. I think he's been poor both in attack and defence. He's not a serious player. It's telling that no big club has come in for him.

Juve just bought Kostic and loaned out their young LB Pellegrini to Frankfurt. Can see Reggie being a last week transfer window loan out, perhaps even DD
Allegri has prioritized a 442 and Romeo Agresti has said that they see Kostic as the left sided midfielder. They still need a LB desperately

Yeah hard to see Kostic surviving as a pure LB in a 442. He's a maverick and even in a back 5 at Frankurt, Ndicka had a lot of extra work to do to cover Kostic's arse as he charged up field non-stop.

Linked to Lazio, as well as Atalanta now:

“Lazio, Emerson Palmieri fades: now the last minute idea is Reguilon”

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that he is being linked to teams where we have interest in players (SMS at Lazio and Malinovskyi at Atalanta)

It's probably not a coincidence, true, but I'd say there's just as much chance of that connection being lazy reporting from thin air, as much as any genuine interest. It's so easy to go - 'we ran a story about x team trying to buy someone, who are x team selling - create counter-story accordingly, as it lends legitimacy to both' The amount of swap deals that get rumoured every year which so rarely happen is huge.
