65 million quid? Yes he absolutely is. We can't let Arsenal get him. We badly need another striker. Arsenal ready have PEA, signing Vlahovic would be just what we should be doing to add to Kane.

Can't see him joining Arsenal though.
He isn't though? Basically he had only 6 months of fantastic form. This season scored only 4 non-penalty goals and it's twice against Spezia(18th), Torino(12th) and Cagliari(20th). Watched him against Roma, nothing special. I think it was against Venezia 2 weeks ago when he made one pass until 75th minute... His numbers aren't convincing at all, read a lot of Serie A fans who doesn't rate him that highly too.

Last 2 season combined and there are players like Gio Simeone, Caputo, Destro, Joao Pedro, Mayoral, Daniele Verde, Keita Balde, Dzeko, Rebic in Serie A that has more non-penalty goals per 90 than Vlahovic.

You are constanstly moaning about half of our current squad but spending 80m on backup striker(that can't play as a winger) is what we need? Doesn't make sense

The fact Dybala hasn't signed a new contract shows how much Juve are struggling financially. Really he would be an excellent purchase for the right side of our front three. That being said, i am quite surprised we haven't been linked at all with him, nor anyone else.
He’s very injury-prone and inconsistent though and Juve fans aren’t totally happy with him. I think for the wages he’d want we should probably avoid.

Agree with this. Big name from a footballing standpoint, which means big wages but 1) where does he fit in a Conte formation and 2) does he deliver enough goals/assists to play as a forward.

True but they have been spending money and pay huge wages. They’ll be in the mix for him. That’s why it’s imperative we finish above them in the league again.

With Conte now on our side, I think we have a better pull than Arsenal or many other clubs.

Money always talks and depends on finishes end of season aswell. Hence why getting Vlahovic in early in Jan could be key.

We're never getting him in winter, but Isak would be perfekt for us both as a Kane stand-in or a partner in a 3-5-2. Fast, strong, technically excellent and a good finisher

This is the guy that will turn us into a top 4 club. What a partnership with Skipp! I got him in Football Manager for £73M I'm available to fly to Italy to get the deal over the line for Levy. Better me than him to get it done as I have a better track record!

i dont necessarily disagree and i like adams but would rather different options to both players.

i was more commenting on the absurdity that mckennie and sissoko were anything alike
Not saying either is the answer but do believe Adams could do a job for us. McKennie is actually more in the Dele category as far as type of player.

Imagine there will be a lot of links to left footed centre backs - Bastoni, Pau Torres, Badiashile, Botman, Romagnoli
Joško Gvardiol is one I think we should look at, a slightly more ‘under the radar’ type. He’s pretty quick and capable at LWB too.

I was impressed by him after watching Leipzig - PSG the other night. Looked like a unit, quick, mobile, and a decent passer.

There are rumors that Lautaro will leave Inter in the summer even though he's just signed a new deal because Inter are so strapped for cash. So that could be one for the summer again if Suning cannot find a buyer for them. The club just posted almost a $300m loss last year & just lost all their Chinese sponsorship deals(outside of Suning obviously). I'd definitely look at De Vrij, Brozovic, Lautaro & Skriniar.

Dybala, I'm not sure whats going on with his situation but his form has fallen off a bit as has Juve's. Read today Paratici is back in for another Juve player we were linked with, McKennie, though. So maybe he could see whats going on with Dybala as well to see if theres anything to be had there.
Yeah Dybala’s form has been awful, but so is Chiesa’s tbf. One goal in the league and no assist. My biggest question with Dybala is his injury record but he is a quality player when used correctly in the right system. I will be curious to see what happens to him because there certainly seems to be some issues with his contract, wouldn’t be surprised if Juve can’t afford what he wants. To be honest I don’t really rate McKennie so I hope that doesn’t happen, think he’s far too slow for the PL and just doesn’t excel at anything.

The sale of Lukaku was never going to be enough to sort out their financial mess. Both Inter and Juve need money, Inter more so, but as you say, I really wouldn’t be surprised if we are looking in that market as there will be a lot of bargains.

It’s worth. Remembering that when his stats started dropping so to did Juve on the whole, Juve have been a real mess over the last few years and even now things are not great. Dybala had a bit of a falling out with Alegri at the time and didn’t work well under Sarri or Pirlo but so too did most of the team. He also started getting pushed into positions and tactics that didn’t suit him at all. It’s true injuries did also not help but the situation is a lot more complex then just his stats falling off. He’s an exceptional technician, who’s a great dribbler and a very good finisher, in the right team with the right tactics he could be incredible. The talent is there. That being said he might not be right for us and as we haven’t been linked even slightly I guess we don’t want him. But I am curious where he will go.

Tielamens should be on our radar.

I can see him being exceptional as one of the two CMs Conte likes to arrive in the box and contribute to attacking phases.

Contract until 2023 and apparently refusing to sign a new one. Sounds like we'll have stiff competition for him though.

I think Liverpool will be all over him. I'm sure if he moves it's because he wants regular CL footy. I think if we get top 4 this season, we will be much more appealing.

I doubt they'll sell him midseason so I guess we'll have to see where we are in the summer to see if we have a chance to get him.
