Regardless of whether now is time for him to move or not the guy has a contract that no one forced him to sign and gets paid ££££

Totally unprofessional and cowardly to not turn up

And he not the sharpest if he thought there was a gentleman’s agreement to leave

That said having seen some of his team talks in the Amazon doc I’m not surprised. “Lads it Christmas”

I think everyone needs to Cue the hate until we know the full story. Maybe there is a perfectly logical explanation why he isn’t in today. Maybe he had to wait for a negative result from a covid test. Let’s just wait and see.
100%. All of a sudden history is re written, he's become a hate figure and has even been compared to Judas. Because some interweb chump says he didn't turn up for training. Time.to take another Spurs Chat sabbatical until all this nonsense is over. Adios amigos, see you in..... well, ok, until the afternoon. X

Could be any number of reasons.

Think the whole point is that 160m aint coming. That's why Harry's throwing his toys out of the pram. It's an effort to devalue his own worth and force us to take take a figure that is incommensurate with his value to us. I don't see City going much above £125m, and even that's a stretch.
Of course. And at that price, the deal doesn't happen.

In all likelihood, Grealish has turned up to training because he knows Villa are not standing in his way.

We could not sell Kane, bench him for a year and ruin his World Cup chances, and still find someone to pay us £100m next year.

That’s why we have all the cards here.

Not sure I believe that it will strengthen our resolve to keep him. Can we really - as fans - embrace him next season in a spurs shirt if he has behaved like this? I know we did held onto Modric for an extra year but Harry is a bit different. I can see Harry getting his on way eventually and Levy saying - just like with Berba etc. - we had no choice, but we will reinvest in the squad

Both actively sought out to damage the club. Kane could have come in today, told the club again he wants to leave and been a man about it. Instead he's damaging our reputation, making a fool of us. He's also actively trying to make the fee lower, thus damaging us financially too.

Campbell is obviously the holy grail on the ****-o-meter, but Kane is now on the list too...
Agree, Kane is also damaging his own reputation and making a fool of himself.

None of this is the least bit surprising. But seriously, let's all have a think before everyone goes out and burns their #10 shirts. What strengthens City's hand is precisely this kind of reaction, where fans angry that Kane shows up a day late go all "he's dead to me" and make City think "aha, another few weeks of this and we'll get our man at a discount." Seems to me everyone should cool their jets. Whether he wants to move or not, this isn't 2013. If City pays what we want, I have no problem with him leaving. And if not, he's most likely gonna be banging in goals for us in a few weeks. Either way, no sense in treating the guy like he hasn't devoted half of his life to the club.

Sure it's frustrating to see Kane doubting whether the club will get its act together and help him get where he wants. But we're fans and we all feel that way - imagine how he feels. In the end this will work itself out one way or the another. In the meantime, no need to pop a vein.

Sad that he has made us the laugh stock of the footballing world atm, rival clubs are loving this, has he no regard for the fans at least he sing his name and shown him so much loyalty?

I wonder if he stayed and sulked for a year whether he would find himself out of the england squad and stripped of his captaincy. He has much more to lose than we do by doing this.

Because he is a footballer, and footballers don't live in the real world.

I think many non-spurs fans have caught on that Kane and co are dealing with Levy now and there will only be one winner, even if we sell.

I've had him sold ( in my head) since seasons end. If he wants to leave that badly, put a transfer request in. If he don't turn up illegally fine him the maximum we can. Pretty simple really.

I know that we are saying that it will 'strengthen the resolve' of the club - but lets be honest, if he simply refuses to turn up for the next week or two the club will have to sell him - no way can we let him stay without playing and the lose out on what could be an almost world record fee.
