just watched the vid, fucking hell, he's got a quick brain as well as quick feet. toughen him up a bit and there's one hell of a player in there.

the earlier comparison to pires is spot on.

I remember watching something that said how Nuno likes to create scenarios in game that lead to 1 v 1's (see Traore). From what I have seen this move would support that

Yeah seems like Paratici has realised the best way to get rid of the deadwood is to structure them into our purchases. Lots of talk of Sanchez being included in the (attempted) Kounde deal too, so looks like we're trying to move him on in the same way.

Hopefully we can get rid of a few players this way.

Pires? I remember Pires being more of a pass and move player, rarely standing players up and then destroying them. This lad looks more like a young Ryan Giggs with the same snake hips.

Yeah this transfer, whilst amazing, does feel a little similar to when we started spending the Bale money before we all knew he was off.

But what matters is the recruitment. We have done terrible recruitment over the last few years - as long as we make sure, we do the proper business, things will take care of itself in long run

On Physicality, this is not pre-2000 era where league is extremely physical. Title is being won by City, most of their key midfielders are not physical players. What is important is, if he is mentally strong. If he is mentally strong, he will do well in PL.
Nuno might slowly bed him like he did with Neto in 19/20
