I really want an ITK to drop the full agreement. This all seems a bit much if it’s only the 1 year loan agreement with no buyout clause settled.

Not sure what difference this makes these days, even in UK. Everyone knows this is happening, and it's not like people get news solely via 'News at Ten' anymore. People consume news as and when they look at their phone or get a minute to sit down. they'll announce it and everyone will get that coverage individually, when they check.

I just spent a year working on a political thriller, and part of the research was about the best time to drop a news story. 7pm is the absolute prime time in the UK to break a story for maximum impact.
