Neither did the mail to be fair, they specifically say The Argentina international is set to sign a five-year contract with Tottenham, as reported by Mundo Deportivo.
They didn't say the 55 million came from Mundo Deportivo.

In all seriousness we do need some sort of algorithm that flags Sacks tweets or any mention of their content. It’s really frustrating to see people who don’t realise discussing news only to see a couple of pages back that it’s sourced from some fabricated Sacks bollocks.

The difference between aggregator accounts like Ricky Sacks and Hotspur Related(I believe his name is Ross?) is that Sacks twists every single thing to conform to a narrative, whether positive or negative, and its all bullshit. Hotspur Related mostly gives it straight with no twist.
