After going to Madrid for the first time, I can see why Bale wants to stay in Madrid. I am liking the lifestyle and the restaurants/cafes etc.
That's for us ordinary plebs. When you earn as much as he does, wherever you are, you're lifestyle is good.

Doesn't really stack up with what we've been told, but you can definitely imagine the club just ignoring him!

If I’m honest, I’ve met him once and he wasn’t a very nice chap. Very arrogant And unapproachable. I can see why he quickly fell out with people over there in Madrid, due to his attitude. Despite that if there was even a whisker of a chance of him coming home, I’d welcome him with open arms.

On certain days I’m arrogant, unapproachable and a general dick but my family and friends like me (I think). One off impressions aren’t always reality, totally depends on the day you’re having

Tbh mate that’s fine but all I wanted was a photograph while he waits to change a tyre. He wouldn’t even shake my hand nevermind a photo and was complaining because he wasn’t jumping the queue due to being a footballer. There was no need for his attitude, especially considering I’m a spurs fan and was just happy to see one of my clubs most talented ever players.

I met him several times whilst working in hospitality when studying at Uni.

He's a top bloke and didn't come across arrogant at all. He's a quiet lad and maybe that's misconstrued as him being unapproachable.

If I had a flat tire and/or a tire blowout, I likely would not be in the best of moods. If someone came by and tried to talk to me in that situation, I likely wouldn't be too welcomed of their company, either.

I met him when one of my boys was a mascot - he was really friendly and posed for lots of pictures and autographed his shirt. Anyone can have an off day!

I feel like I’m the only one who hasn’t met him!
Can’t see him leaving Madrid anyway. Nobody else can afford him.

Neither can they . They have spent over 200 million so far on 3new players if Hazard goes there. To stay within FFP rules they must dispose of a whole host of players if they want to buy more.
Bale is costing them over 33 million pa, they dont want him they must get rid of him for almost any price. If they truly want CE and if we want Bale there must be a deal there that suits both sides.

I’d buy a new car on the spot. Probably a lambo or something. Definitely not the same brand if i’m getting flats.

Maybe they have better mechanics in Madrid and that’s why he wants to stay...

He is world class and we would be truly feared with a front-line of Kane and Bale... could it really happen?
