137 years.... our biggest game? Certainly in my life of 31 it is. COME ON YOU SPURS

Easily. The chance to become the big boy champions of Europe for the first time ever?

I've got full confidence that Poch will have they absolutely on it from the go tomorrow. I'm fully invested and 100% in that we are winning. I'm not even contemplating losing.

2 weeks ago I was probably 70/30 in their favour. I just can't help but think that much like Leicester, the stars have finally aligned for us this season.

Whatever the result I'm going to be a mess tomorrow night. I fucking love this batshit crazy, frustrating, heartbreaking but wonderful club and all the fellow yids. No other fanbase will understand what we have had to take, and whilst that doesn't compare to the likes of Blackpool, Bolton, Orient etc, we've had too many years of disappointments and piss taking.

Now is the time to get revenge...

Just one more sleep. I'll probably be counting spurs players scoring pens tonight trying to get to sleep...

Finish work at 4.30 and then the nerves will undoubtedly kick in with nothing but time to kill prior to leaving for WHL.

Sleep ? Not a chance fluffy !

Been awake all last night with permanent Spurs goals running through my head, some old, some new, some imaginary - a Harry Kane penalty and a slotted shot by Christian Eriksen the recurring theme.

Fortunately for me I don't have to do anything else from now and the next 36 hours that will detract from
enjoying the build up to the k.o.

Did I say enjoy ? It's bigger than any of my 63 birthdays and Christmases combined ... Doing the Daring !

Part of me thinks no way will Poch and Harry let them beat us three times in one season.

If I’m not mistaken, of all the teams that we’ve played against more than twice (all comps), this season, we’ve won at least one of those games.

Quick question: how many of you have dipped into this thread while taking a dump? Maybe it’s even your third or fourth excretion of the day, certainly beyond your normal allowance? Plenty, I’d imagine.

That’s what being a good footballing club biologically equates to- more shitting, more shuffling on the pan while your guts slide about like a satanic, oozing trifle in an unstable oven that cracks and buzzes like an evil droid from Star Wars.

Imagine being an Andrex and Sudocrem stockholder AND a Spurs fan- the very eye of heaven

Nervous as hell now. The number of scousers in the south who have popped up is incredible. All the pressure on them.

Haha - I have photographed far too many weddings for it to be an experience that dwarfs the CL final - You thought it was my wedding didn't you? lol. I'm a wedding photographer, so I ain't got no choice but to miss it. I am currently squeezing there day into a finish by 7.30pm - I should get in by 8pm, so hoping I don't miss too much :nailbiting:

With temperatures set to stay in the 30s for the duration of the match, not enough has been said about which team will adapt to those conditions the best. It is unseasonable. A good 5/6 degrees on where it should be. It could be what decides this game.

Should be an advantage to us as Liverpool press high up the pitch more than us and should run out of steam quicker if it’s 30 degrees.
Liverpool always seem to be running on empty late in the 2nd anyway imo as they put so much into the press in the early stages.
If we are at least level around 60 minutes imo they are going to be there for the taking

Looking forward to it; hope it’s a good game, and the lads give it their all. That’s all we can ask from then.

Destiny :bored:
