My missus is booked in for a C section on May 31st - I’m fucked!

Although my baby will see Spurs in a CL final after one day in the world! Wow!

I would respectfully suggest that the person who is fucked is your wife.
Anyway I've just checked the seating at the Madrid stadium and she'll have a great view of the match if she's in 'C' section.....(y)
Seriously though I sincerely hope all goes brilliantly for you and your family.

I do worry that it's Liverpool. Knowing that lot, now that English football is dominating Europe again, they'll get us fucking banned from it for half a decade again.

Fucking scallies.

Why is our ticket office so useless?

LFC have had their full ticket news for 2 days out, the morning after the qualified. We don't even have "Ticket news to follow..."

It's not like they haven't had any notice.

Seriously considering flying over to Tottenham from Sweden if they're opening the stadium for the game. I'd probably go alone though and last time I went alone was the CL-game against Bayer Leverkusen 2016 were plenty of people thought I was a German because of the accent lol :cautious:

You've got company.

Mine is due in the 31st May, and there's another member on here who's is due on the day of the final (@jackson possibly?) . Going to be a nervy week for all 3 of us. :ROFLMAO:

I'm agonising over flying from Melbourne just to be there, even knowing my chances of getting a ticket are miniscule. Could probably do 10 days to 2 weeks in Europe for about $3k total, not including a match ticket. Anyone in the same boat? I feel like the game day build up would be a once in a lifetime in Madrid. Biggest game our club has ever played.

I'd absolutely do the same if I lived in Sweden tbh. Park yourself in the pub for a day either side of the game.

Wanting to get to Madrid. Never been to something like this before so assume there'll be fan zones to watch as opposed to people piling into bars? Anyone have any idea on the set up/previous finals for travelling fans without match tickets?

I won't get a ticket so not going to Madrid. If they open the stadium I will definitely go there. If not probably stay home. That way I can watch it naked.

Same for me boys!!

I’m 33 and have been to god knows how many games in my life. Never thought I would see the day we made it to the CL Final.

AND WOW....

My wife is due to give birth to our first baby on 7th June!!

I went to Amsterdam against her wishes. My first text to her was about going to Madrid.

Her reply was telling me that if the baby hasn’t arrived, I can’t even go to Tottenham to watch it, let alone Madrid!!

Apparently can’t drink during this time either....

I need to make a plan!!!

If we win it and it’s a boy it has to be called Lucas, Hugo or Harry I think.

She wouldn’t let me have Ledley. :(

I've reduced myself to lurking the last couple of years but this seems like a good time to come out of hiding. I just booked my ticket to London from New York. Where's the best place to stay/watch the game with other Spurs fans. I was thinking Hackney but is there something better?
