I think the poll should be:

"Are you sacrificing a kidney to go to Madrid?"
"or keeping all internal organs and watching at home"

On my couch, in my basement, in Brooklyn.

Also, the neighbors will be told "Uh, just so's you know: on Saturday, June 1st, starting around 1:30pm, you will- not might, but will- hear screams, moans, shouts and various other guttural sounds emanating from the lower part of my house. At times you might think that either an animal is being sacrificed, a human is being tortured or, perhaps, something even worse is taking place down there. Rest assured, no one is being hurt- with the exception of myself- who could, literally, have a heart attack and/or anyreusm. Hopefully that won't be the case, but anyway just letting you know ahead of time not to worry- at least too much."

Then it's on to Bourbon and Spurs.

Oh and cursing--- LOTS of cursing--- so I should probably warn those with young children not to venture too close to my domicile lest they hear words that good people don't say.

Seriously considering flying over to Tottenham from Sweden if they're opening the stadium for the game. I'd probably go alone though and last time I went alone was the CL-game against Bayer Leverkusen 2016 were plenty of people thought I was a German because of the accent lol :cautious:

I’m leaning this way. Fly down Sat morning from Glasgow, straight to the Bricklayers for the whole day, come back Monday. Would be £400-500 all in for two of us for everything as opposed to near on £2g to go to Madrid to not even go to the game

Watching at home too embarrassing to watch in a public place the state I’ve been in during the city and Ajax games. My dog still got the hump with me from the other night with all the shouting at the laptop, he hid under the table when I was on it earlier printing some paper work out ?

Tottenham. Whether it be in my ST seat in the stadium or in a pub I'll be in the foetal position sucking my thumb regardless.

I won't get a ticket so not going to Madrid. If they open the stadium I will definitely go there. If not probably stay home. That way I can watch it naked.

I've tried that- didn't work; each time I shit myself it got all over the furniture.

I gotta be at the lane ive got to! Hoping i can get 2 tickets but will have to see how it all works.
I wont even be a season ticket holder anymore as of the 18th as i cant renew. But i hope it doesnt affect it as it should surely count as part of this season right?

Does watching it on the big screens in the stadium, not make my neck sore???
I would have thought they would have brought in a massive screen for inside the stadium, say at the half way line and housed everyone else around it.

Same for me boys!!

I’m 33 and have been to god knows how many games in my life. Never thought I would see the day we made it to the CL Final.

AND WOW....

My wife is due to give birth to our first baby on 7th June!!

I went to Amsterdam against her wishes. My first text to her was about going to Madrid.

Her reply was telling me that if the baby hasn’t arrived, I can’t even go to Tottenham to watch it, let alone Madrid!!

Apparently can’t drink during this time either....

I need to make a plan!!!

If we win it and it’s a boy it has to be called Lucas, Hugo or Harry I think.

She wouldn’t let me have Ledley. :(
Have you suggested Moussa?

You've got company.

Mine is due in the 31st May, and there's another member on here who's is due on the day of the final (@jackson possibly?) . Going to be a nervy week for all 3 of us. :ROFLMAO:

You lot have only got yourselves to blame.

You all knew that there was a Champions League final this year and yet 9 months ago you all decided on a life of sexual rampage with little thought of the consequences!!!!!

Prior proper planning and all that.

I have zero sympathy for any of you.

On a serious note congratulations to all of you. That is going to be the best day of your lives and I hope all goes well.

I just hope that the mighty spurs can just add a little icing to what will already prove to be an amazing day for you and you families. Imagine being born on the day Spurs won the CL!!!!

I've reduced myself to lurking the last couple of years but this seems like a good time to come out of hiding. I just booked my ticket to London from New York. Where's the best place to stay/watch the game with other Spurs fans. I was thinking Hackney but is there something better?

In terms of watching the game, get yourself to Tottenham. Either see if you can get a ticket for the stadium and watch there, or just in the pubs around it.

For somewhere to stay, it's easy to get to Tottenham from other parts of London so it doesn't matter that much. Best off staying somewhere relatively central imo.

I'm definitely thinking it has to be Tottenham whether in the stadium or not. Party on the high road afterwards, win or lose. We're celebrating the end of this 5 year era and the start of a new one at the new stadium.

After careful consideration I reckon I will be either in the stadium, if i can get a ticket, or on the high road.

What is the best pub to watch it in?
