No one of any pedigree would have taken that job. They needed a patsy to take the hit.

The run of good results got the fans onside. Now he can release some big players and bring in his own. If it doesn't come off then a big name can come in.

I use that word (Patsy) almost once a week at work and the youngsters have no clue what I’m talking about.

@nicdic was right, Arsenal lose to Leicester, United beat Chelsea and we beat West ham that's done, or a better way to look at it, if Chelsea and Arsenal drop 3 more points and we gain 3 more points that's 3rd done. We need to take advantage and make sure our players are in the best condition for the two Ajax games.

United ain't beating Chelsea.

We only need arsenal to drop the points to really be top 4, Chelsea dripping points also would be more getting top 3 also.

Yeah, it's great, I don't care about 3rd, I care about wrapping this up and going on a full siege towards Ajax

I’m still not convinced OGS will be the manager at beginning of next season.

Keane is such good value. Says it exactly how it is. No bullshit and he is bang on the money about united.

Anyone else sick of this whole “we need to be like Utd, play like Utd” narrative? Irritating the crap out of me.

They could start trying to play like a decent football team first, not trying to recreate the Fergie era.

Upsets me when people give him shit, probably the best midfielder in prem history for me, I know Lampard/Gerrard probably had more technical ability, but Keane gave everything on the pitch, he had a high standard and the way he captained United, no player could let their effort levels slip even for a second when he was around. Some moments where he lost his head but that standard he set as a captain are second to none.

Real Madrid are more about the individual than the team. He'd fit in well there.
Get the feeling I’ve missed something with Sane as he always seems like a great team player.

Double figures for goals & assists and always looks committed / giving his all on the pitch (I.e. not sleepwalking through games or pretending to be billy big balls like Neymar or Pogba).

Has something happened off the pitch that I’m not aware of???
