Hi. Welcome to Spurs Grub Review with me, THFCSPURS19.

Today I had a half Margherita Pizza from Smashed Olive. It tasted nice, but would’ve preferred tomato sauce to actual tomato slices. The cheese was also a bit soggy in places as well but didn't ruin the consistency of the pizza. Overall, not bad for stadium food at all. Would have again.

Join me next week where I will be trying some chicken from Chicken House. If I can find it. As I had no idea where it was.

They seemed to struggle with demand and the stadium was less than half full - although obviously there's always going to be a queue and it will take time for them to adapt.

Also the thing with my seat number fell off my seat and noticed it happened to quite a few seats around me as well. Anyone else notice this?

On train back from Victoria. Even with a torn meniscus that walk back to seven sisters is better than the wait for Wembley Park. Seriously.

Felt like a carnival atmosphere, everyone was so happy to be back. Those who are waiting for first team games, you will not be disappointed. Even half full at 30k atmosphere beat Wembley and being in Park Lane singing with the Shelf it felt like home again.

On the actual game, thought our young lads played really well. Dominated the ball, some lovely stuff and took goals well.

Cannot wait for the legends game next week.

Chicken house is south west

With them struggling with demand: feel like everyone came into the ground and went to the first visible bar or food place which meant huge queues. I went for a wonder and there was so many smaller Tap-Inn places that had no queue. Once people find their feet and know where stuff is, or when the app launches, I think it’ll be much easier to manage

This is what I had planned for the test games which aren't full on sell outs. Walk around if possible and see food places and the old WHL places of interest they have etc. Unfortunately felt rough today though still went so couldn't stick around not up for eating anything. Hopefully next week I'll be able to.

On the train home now. The stadium is amazing - it was very noticeable how it had been designed to be compact and close to the action. Can't wait to experience a full capacity match.

Our number 6 really caught my eye. Really calm and composed on the ball - very impressive.

Forgot about the app. I'm sure the THST-THFC Board meeting notes said it would be in use for the test events.

I'm also mildly perturbed I couldn't see where they were giving out that Welcome Home booklet, hopefully they'll have them next week as well.
