Yeah that's definitely true, I'm just saying that one of our problems is that we have a team that yes in some ways lacks technical qualities, but more importantly lacks a winning mentality. Our players don't stay calm in these games and obviously don't have much self-confidence in how they stack up against teams like Man City, Barca, Juve, etc. We see that on both ends of the pitch with screwing up chances and making silly defensive blunders. Man City are a good example of a team that plays with self belief.

Trippier was so shit for the 1st 40 mins if he picks the ball up from our goal line, dribbles around all city players twice and scores a bicycle kick we’ll call it even, a tackle on Mendy not enough

I think being down 1-0 at half given that we havent gotten anything from seemingly most of the team isnt bad overall.

dembele has been like somebody that who is in their 60's won a comp to play with their heroes for a day, game totally passing him by. far too slow all around the pitch
