Surely we could have just got rid of Gazzaniga as well? Pointless having a non HG 3rd keeper if we're struggling for numbers.

Or any of the other players who are non-HG and don't add anything to the squad. Poch signed him because he obviously wanted him, so that's as much as we need to worry about. I'm sure there's a thread in Spurs Chat to discuss the intricacies of these things.

Just accept loans for deadwood, no point crippling yourself in the transfer window for players who won't get any minutes

It just seems baffling to me. We’re a top club in CL and we can’t sign non HG players?! That’s a fucking joke. If true.

It's hard to have any sympathy with this situation when we've got 3 non HG goalkeepers, it's ridiculous. As others have said, get the players the manager wants in and loan out the likes of Janssen, N'Koudou, Sissoko etc, after 9th August if necessary. It really is pretty fucking pathetic if this is really stopping us signing players.

Show how ridiculous it is taking punts on cheap average foreign players. Not only are they more likely to not work out, they are harder to shift and they take up vital non HG spaces in the squad.

Makes me wonder why on earth we sanctioned the signing of Gazzaniga as a third choice keeper when he takes up a vital space. Bizarre.

The club should have been aware of this at the start of the window and adjusted prices of outgoings accordingly. That doesn't seem to have happened. Surely there would have been strong interest in Dembele especially by now. I wonder if we're asking silly money for him?

Now all that's gonna happen is we're either going to be severely restricted in the transfer market or Levy will have to loan out players which won't bring in any income from transfer fees.

Didn't one of the ITKs mention that Palace wanted players plus cash for Zaha?

The early ITK was that we respected his decision and would do everything we could to help him find a new club. I took that to mean that he would have a fair price.

Last year we dropped Nkoudou and Janssen and then had to drop foyth for cleague and we fit everyone in, assuming the former 2 will go we then need to drop another most likely Sissoko and there's a high chance we sell Alder which means we have room for the 3 signings with 2 being Grealish and Zaha.

Come on guys, I've been as negative as anyone in recent weeks but this is a good news day, We have had great Zaha news and for most Mousa staying is better than the nobody we have been linked to that could replace him. Don't turn one of the few decent days we've had this window into a shit show.
