nor me but suspect he will play against BelgiumI don't think Dier will be first choice personally.

Dele gives up possession too easy to be considered for holding CM role. He is best utilised running from deep and finding the spaces between the midfield and front line, which he does effectively.Agreed, Dele can certainly pick a great pass but he isn't consistent at it and can really slow play down at times. Maybe he won't dribble as much when Dembele leaves like he's trying to replicate him or something.
And what has that to do with Dembeles possible transfer?I think Henderson will start ahead of Dier but to my mind it'll be the wrong choice if we are playing with a back 3.

Football FanCast? Seriously?#thfc midfielder Mousa Dembele has agreed personal terms with Beijing Guoan and is now close to completing a transfer to the Chinese side. [Football FanCast]
I know the source is garbage but I wouldn't rule it out. He has been speaking to a couple of Chinese clubs(amongst others) for a while now.Football FanCast? Seriously?
Mousa Dembélé in @hlnsport:
“I won’t say that I’m leaving Spurs right now. Or that I’m staying. If I leave, I won’t join another English club. Tottenham is my team.”
He admits that he talked with Witsel and Carrasco about china, with Ciman about USA.
Not that it's anything we haven't really heard before, but still nice to know he considers us as his team.

Dembele is someone who is quite culturally aware and intellectually curious off the pitch, so I’m not surprised that, as a young man in real life term, he would consider an adventure beyond European borders. This is before taking into account his deteriorating fitness and the money he’d earn, I genuinely don’t think the latter comes into play that much at all in fact as, whatever he does, his family are set for generations with what he’s already earned.
Same reason I don’t begrudge the likes of Gerrard, Lampard, Beckham, Keane etc going to Asia or the US even when they in theory have something to offer the premiership still. They’re still young men and it’s an adventure which they’ll learn from. I bet any of us, if offered the chance to do similar in our careers with full security that we’d be returning to the Uk afterwards with all opportunities and possibilities in tact, would do the same.
