I said at the start of the season that playing at Wembley could be a real bonus for the players by getting them used to it and removing that Wembley fear that had seemed to become "a thing" for us, somehow.

I'd back us to beat anyone left in the competition and if we get to the final I'll be very confident with us at Wembley. No Liverpool and no City means we really should be backing ourselves to win this.
It's a shame Leicester are playing Chelsea as funnily enough i'm more worried about those two than United.

The 6-1 aside, Leicester are a bit of a bogey team for us.

Is it me or is Danny Rose looking really heavy and five yards slower. His tracking back was pretty woeful all game, really lacked desire. I'm not too sure he will be here next year. The tenacious Danny Rose i loved watching and was one of my fav players, just seems a different player.

Maybe he has an gentleman's agreement with Poch: if he keeps an good attitude, dont disrupt the squad and play second fiddle to Davies he may get he's move painlessly in the summer. He seems to lack interest and drive. Could also just be that he's not fully fit yet ofc..

Agree about Rose (looking heavy and somewhat disinterested), think he exudes a smug undertone now, which almost makes me hope nobody comes in for him (so he has to crawl back to Poch next season).

Bastard Danny, I really liked you.

Come on Bobbins, you're generally on my team in the unwavering belief that we'll somehow find a way to fuck it all up and make our lives miserable. Have faith, man, we CAN lose away to Swansea for the first time in many years!

Being a yard of pace slower and looking heavier is acceptable. But as you've said, that lack of drive / interest for me stands out more than anything, that was one of his best qualities.

Anyway, great win eventually and onto the Quarters. Going to the Juventus game next week and already buzzing for that as a guest of Tottenham, biggest game i think i would have gone to so far!!

When was that?
Jenas felt the feint was mid run up so not illegal Foy just felt because he stopped it was unsporting, even if he wasn't technically at the end of his run up. Jenas said the stopping was the feint.

It's gonna be interesting to watch the next few penalties we see in the prem to see if there are any feints.

Well done for putting in that anti-jinx on his original jinx. I only thought we would win the match tonight when KWP scored and I'd checked VAR a few times. By then, everyone had gone home, and so I know that it was safe to come out from behind the sofa.

Oh don't get me wrong, this is clearly just temporary endorphin-fuelled hysteria, I know it even as I type it.
