That's an...interesting back five. Attacking midfielder (Tracey), Central Midfielder (Marsh), Central Defender (Maghoma), Fullback (Lyons-Foster) & Left Winger (Georgiou).

If we are playing that system it suggests we're finally starting to mirror the first team. Its been a bit of an anomaly up til now that we haven't.

Has Kyle W-P ever played as an attacking winger at all at youth level? From the few videos I've seen it looks like eh has the pace and trickery so just wondered if it had ever been tried. Thanks in advance

Worth a try imo ,otherwise he's bit of a spare part in squad.Got great touch pace and can dribble ,defo worth a go in cup games imo

Personally, I think Poch has lost faith in Trippier and think he will be off next season (assuming Aurier does well). KWP will get games due to his versatility, but will be a mixture of LB, RB and possibly subs apps on the wing IMO.

He's been scoring excellent goals all week. If he can stay healthy and keep his head down, this could be his season to breakout.

If you'd posted this even three months ago you'd be getting many raised eyebrows about the Georgiou comment - kinda weird how his stock has risen!
