Anyone an idea of how many points you would need for a cup semi at Wembley? Assume we would get an allocation of at least 30 000?

We had 31,585 tickets for the last FA Cup semi final v Chelsea, loyalty points cut off was 134.

Following on from this a mate of mine just spoke to the ticket office and was told the following:

Spurs will figure out the cut off point for loyalty points from the applications once they know how many seats are available etc and a figure will be decided. After this there will be a mini ballot for each pricing section depending on the number of applications for each one (not sure if this will be done on loyalty points as well). If you are unsuccessful for your chosen price bracket, Tottenham will call/email to say your application was above the loyalty point cut-off but you were unsuccessful in your chosen areas would you like to go for one of the higher priced tickets - which is what I thought would happen.

As a result I think I'll continue to apply for East Lower and below, and take a higher priced ticket if needs be.

so the last two home games are not actually done on loyalty points, but loyalty points into mini ballots?

smells fishy to me if that is so

It is done on loyalty points, but once they've confirmed your application is above the cut off you'll then be put into mini ballots for your requested areas (depending on how many applications are made for each area), but Spurs will do their best to accomodate the requests. Basically if you make the cut off, you are guaranteed a ticket offer but it may not be necessarily where you want to sit.

Apologies if that wasn't clear.

FFS.

I was un-successful for the Watford ballot, the last possible game I could have gone to after going to WHL since 1966.
So what do get on e-mail?

Stub hub advertising tickets for that very game..........rush on there to find some bastard selling them in the North lower for £100 each.

Pissed off doesn't cover it. Me and my 2 sons wanted to go, but no way can i justify £300 to watch us vs Watford.

Hang in there. They tend to get cheaper on StubHub the week leading up to the game

some times the ticket office in the days before the game send out an email for those who missed out with a chance to buy, so, i would hang in there and see what happens , but don't panic and by stubhub ripp off, but check your email within two or three days before the game

Just had a look on stubhub @ the Southampton match. Apparently 951 tickets for this match have been sold according to stubhub. That's almost 1000 tickets which should have gone to ballot, the club have got this so wrong this year.

Unfortunately we seem to have too many season ticket holders who are more interested in making money through SH than they are in going to matches themselves.

I was sat in North lower for west ham after I bought a ticket off SH. The guy next to me even said how in the last couple of seasons he's had someone different sat there each game. I can't imagine how much the guy who owns the ticket has made in the last 2 seasons by selling it on SH.

Sadly the seller, SH and Spurs all make a bit of a profit from reselling tickets this way. So why would they change?

It's very narrow minded to think that someone has a ST just to sell for profit. Who knows what is going on in that person's life.

The Spurs administration seriously needs to look into this SCAM as it is denying the honest Spurs supporters in getting tickets. I am an overseas bronze member and the system does not allow me to get tickets. Unbelievable!!

I hate this, I gave up my ST because I had stopped working in London and couldn't afford ST + Train without the train season ticket, it was also expensive and right between a restricted view seat (East Stand) and a cheaper seat classified as North Stand and they wouldn't give me a transfer.

Anyway, I am going off piste here, my point is, I gave my ticket up so someone else could have it (I also re-joined the waiting list a year or two later and have been on it ever since), I didn't use it as an opportunity to make money from each game. Why do others think it's ok to fleece other Spurs fans instead of doing the decent thing. I guess they probably go to games when it doesn't sell and use the money from the ones that do sell to pay for it. I hope the Wembley move and availability of tickets at New WHL will kill this little cottage industry off once and for all.

Who has put their application in for the Woolwich game? Which band is everyone choosing? Went with West upper for best chance. Do not want to miss this game at all, especially for my Dad who does not have as many LPs.
