Love to see Dembele up it in the second half in terms of powering forward and disrupting their shape with his insane dribbling qualities.

That said they will venture forward more and expect to see fibreglass for Matic soon enough.

Massive 45 this.

Chelscum will come out ready to maim and cheat so we have to be prepared and not react. We can win this game if we keep our heads.

Anyone else watching the American show? Who is that perfectly manicured lumberjack looking bloke? I recognise his face, and not in a "made-eye-contact-at-a-hobo-orgy-Houdini" sort of way
I am not watching. But I'm gonna guess. The guy from man Vs food. Just because.

Thats a stupid rule. He wasn't inciting the crowd, just celebrating the goal with them.

Yeah, inciting the crowd that was already going mental in celebrating that goal. What an idiot the ref is. Poor judgement by him.

The same people taking a shit on Kane have been taking a shit on Alli in recent weeks, you know why you keeps players like them on a pitch? Because they are world class, they are capable of moments of magic.

Why would we replace Kane with Son when Kane is, on his worst day, ten times the player Son is, that's not a slight on Son, it's just a reality imo.

Kane is having a bit of an off day with his passing but he is working his bollocks off and you just know if he gets half a chance at goal he is going to bury it.

Their best chance is Lloris and our stupid passing out from the back thinking we are Barca. Please stop it.

you pass out of the back because any long kick is a 5050 chance for opponent. i agree we gotta do better but its better than long kicks

Also criticising Kane when he can't get space against the best defense in the league this season, he is double, sometimes triple marked, how do you think our other players are getting so much space?

That was a very good half of football, nice balance to it, like watching a good Italian game from 20 years ago. Tight tactical tussle. We definitely edged it, but Chelsea still carry that menace that any team with players like they have will.

I thought Wanyama and Eriksen were superb that half, I just cannot understand anyone who could countenance leaving Eriksen out of this side. Once again he was all over the place, popping up in little pockets of oxygen deep in our half and deep in theirs.

Wanyama has been defensively outstanding, snuffing out shit everywhere, shame about the one blot on his copy book, his game being what it is, got to worry a little.

Alli had been quiet but not as frustrating as he can be. Kane and Walker have been the most frustrating, especially Kane who appears to be wearing clown boots.

This set up has its pluses but the worry is when we cough up the ball high up, Chelsea have the means to counter and punish, like they did a few weeks ago

If they're not contributing. But that's Alli's sixth goal in four games (well, three and a half), Kane's scored eight in nine and Eriksen's scored or made ten in nine. Their goalscoring and goal creating form makes them all undroppable at the moment.

I'm not saying they should be dropped but prior to the goal the offered very little and looked off their game, Alli and Kane especially. My might is despite them being our better players it doesn't mean we can be critical of their performance if they're playing poorly. Granted Chelsea are defending well but poor hold up play and mis-placed passes isn't acceptable.

Need to be stronger this half. Few occasions we sloppily gave the ball away and if they had have been a bit sharper it could have resulted in a goal for them. Can't allow that this half.

Having said that we have fought for everything and are hunting the ball down as soon as we lose it. Great to see.
That won't be a million miles away from what's being said in the Chelski dressing room.

Real test now as we don't want to be bested as in the second half at Stamford Bridge
