I wonder how many of these hapless Lester fans had a £1 at 5000/1.

I'm almost certain all the bookies will get together and organise some kind of bomb to go off at Leicester's training ground. Not in the middle of the ground to kill everyone but just far enough to injure everyone for 3 months before making full recoveries. The bookies will breathe a sigh of relief when they finish 6th and they can price them at 20/1 next season.

Or the floodlights will go out during one of their matches....

Chelsea were better than Leicester at WHL this season. Leicester were very lucky to have come away with a win.

Splitting hairs on the two performances really, its not as if Chelsea would have deserved to win had they scored. I was more impressed by Leicester's cohesion and mentality, Chelsea played like scared rabbits.

don't really understand your point mate is there one?

I don't think they were the best team to play at the lane. They came for a point and got a set piece goal to win it.
Semantically speaking they are not a poor club by any stretch of the imagination but that would be facetious. I get your point. I'm just saying them winning the league will not tear up the theory about football economics, if only it would, it would be an anomaly.
That's what would really irk me if they won the league; that while playing so well we couldn't take advantage of this anomaly.
Anyway there's still a third of the season left, we can do this.

they had something on SSN a while back about some chamber they use which is way below 0, and it helps with niggley injuries, and helps their fitness levels.

their training schedules have most probably changed since Raneri took over

I think that is one of those chambers that replicates the ice bath, used to remove Lactic Acid from muscles quickly and speed recovery after strenuous exercise. I don't think it aids injury recovery, but I may be wrong on that.

listening to talksport on the radio at work the other nigh Dale Tempest reckon they will be hit for over 5m if Leicester win the title, and 1 bloke has it for £50 e/w

Bookies will be ecstatic if Leicester win the league. Just think how much they will have taken on the usual suspects to win it. They always love an outsider to win, rather than a favourite.

I'd feel a lot better about sunday if Aguero was out.

He likes us.

A lot.
I'm more worried about Joe Hart personally. I think he's the one who can ruin our day single-handedly.

Aguero's supply lines are now cut off with De Bruyne and Silva now out and while Aguero can always score their defense is so bad we will create enough chances to not just equalize but probably +1 anything Aguero does.

So the big lynchpin is Hart who also tends to absolutely play his best against us typically.

Now that would be taking the piss ;)

For my money they are the best side we've played this season.

Verts:

“They always approach every game in the same way, so we knew what to expect – they kick every ball they get long and run. And when they don’t have the ball, they all defend. But it works for them.

“They know what they are doing in every single way. Everyone knows what their qualities are. It’s frustrating but they prepare well.”

2 years ago we scored 11,yes ELEVEN,past CockSpurts.......any else think we've gone backwards after spending £200 mill ?

Just watched the game where we beat them 6-0 at home. Don't do it I'm now clinically depressed

I fancyus against Tottenham in 'typical city' mode

>reply>Same here. Can see us being 3 points behind after next weekend's fixtures. It's the last chance saloon though and it all depends how the players/manager react after Saturday.

Can't see Spurs winning the league. Inferiority complex re the gooners and have the hardest run in.

Quite a few Man City fans are worried because of injuries but there is also a proportion who are blaming the timing of the Pep announcement for their performances (even though it was only last week). They are worried that the players won't be motivated to play for Pellegrini, which is a fair point.
