This is the moment where being a Spurs fan truly brings a tear to my eyes. The years of ridicule, and being under the shadows of the other clubs. We now have hit a milestone where the sleeping giant awakens

The transport links not only have to be viable and sustainable in manouevering upwards of 40000 people in and out of the area, but, with so many guests coming in from abroad for the alternative sports being promoted, the whole of the area is going to want a lick of paint.

The local area will be getting bulldozed. Then gentrified.

Looking at the latest CGI it looks like they've got around it by not putting it under anything. No residential over the pitch but higher residential either side! IMO
Indeed, great new design, very modern. Still a bit generic, but it's very good. I'd like to have seen some cockerel shaped glass as part of the facade.

Before I spontaneously combust, is there a good chance the council will reject our revised planning applications considering the severity of the amendments compared to previous?

Seeing as they have come out with comments on how excited they are as well as boris, i doubt it.

The stand looks as close to the pitch as the current WHL. This is incredible.

That is better than the last, Im not a huge fan of the outside but overall it is much better than the old design. I wouldn't be surprised if Liverpool and Chelsea now make their kop abit bigger

Also love interior more, Love the way the East stand looks more like the Shelf!(which was one thing I really wanted)

Still half expecting some obscure and very rare species of butterfly to decide that it's only nesting ground in the world shall be the burnt-out ruins of Archway Steel, with the whole area being declared a National Park.
