I am OK with this. I was critical after the West Ham game, but the Southampton game clearly showed he was resting players and knows which of the players are the most talented. Previously we kept waiting for our best players to actually player together.
I'm also happy that he already knows the club well and will give chances to players like Bentaleb and Carroll if he feels they are ready.
Good Luck Tim! We need to give him our full support in good times and in bad. He has the raw skills to become a great manager for us, developed by us! COYS!
I think Tim & Co will be very successful. I have a good feeling about this. He's not alone!
He has Ferdinand and Ramsey and Freund - and I think, from what I observed, that they're really working together effectively and harmoniously!
I think this Xmas period is crucial as it means our lads have time to gel under this regime before we play and beat the Scum at Highberates
Instead of giving AVB more time we'll opt for a manager with no real experience in first team management and give him a contact for a season and a half.

In fact this is easily explained. TS didn't want a six-month deal, no-one wanted to join Spurs now, Levy gives an easy-to-pay-off 18-monther
