As for 'Can't Smile Without You', it's a ghastly tuneless dirge that I'd refuse to sing on principle.

I dunno, the feedback I've had from "oh when the spurs" from rival fans has only ever been positive.
The trouble with one iconic chant is that people become lazy, next thing you know we'll get the whole "you've only got one song' thing going on.
In my experience, our strength is in our variety, that's why everyone tries to copy our chants.
But then again, I am biased.

so I started singing it too - cue some puzzled looks - that's our song I told the people who clearly didn't remember the 70s let alone the 60s
