I think we will all love and appreciate Sonny much more once he hangs up his boots/ends his time at Spurs.Sonny without a doubt and i have supported spurs for 35+ years.
That’s the fella… no idea why he made an impression on me, barely broke the first team.Wasn't he from Northern Ireland was it abt early 90s?
Absolutely nowhere near. Hugely overrated for my money - did little in Europe or international level, not an elite goalscorer. Other United players were much more important (including Keane, much as I despised him)I think Cantona was up there. And maybe a bit beyond.

Think he made a couple of sub appearances but thats all i can remember. That’s the fella… no idea why he made an impression on me, barely broke the first team.
Agree mate always felt he lived in Kane's shadow now is his time to shine even more and has had a very good start to season.I think we will all love and appreciate Sonny much more once he hangs up his boots/ends his time at Spurs.
Hard disagree. He was the missing piece of the puzzle for Ferguson in securing those first couple of titles, after he'd done exactly the same at Leeds the season before. He single handedly dragged Man Utd to their title win in 96.Absolutely nowhere near. Hugely overrated for my money - did little in Europe or international level, not an elite goalscorer. I wouldn’t call him a wrecking machine though. What I loved what he did was he would draw two or three defenders to him and make them look absolutely silly, then flip the ball to Ericksen like, “OK, you got this now.”All of the above. Dembele was a one-man wrecking machine. Who even comes close in todays age?
He really was one of a kind.
Sorry but you’re talking about a pure myth. He scored 3 goals for Leeds in their title year. 3. This idea that he won the title for them is utter nonsense.Hard disagree. Arrogant bastard, mad as a bicycle, but absolutely backed it up.
