In:
Wan-Bissaka, Sessegnon, Mendy (Plays for Lyon, who I highly rate), Rabiot, Ndombele, Zaha

Out:
Vorm, Trippier, Rose, Davies, Dembele, Wanyama, Nkoudou, Janssen, Llorente.

Both full backs and our midfield in general need strengthening. Zaha/Son could rotate and play as strikers to give Kane a rest when needed whilst remaining strong in that area. Promote Whiteman as 3rd keeper.
Saying the above, we all know we won’t do the required (if any!) investment. It would be a shame not to back Poch, he deserves it.

I like your INS list.

But Sessegnon has done nothing of note in the prem. Way overrated.

Fulham are a shambles and hes been played in all sorts of positions, i'd take a swing at him in Jan and put him LB myself.

Yes but Wan-Bissaka could break his toe, Sessegnon's arms could fall off, Mendy's knee might crumble, Rabiot might get acute piles, Ndombele could tear his groin and Zaha's eye might drop out and suddenly we've only gone and done a Leeds.

As much as I'd love an attacking signing like Zaha or Martial I think that needs to go out of the window now. We have decent options with Lamela and Moura now involved, especially if Son can recover his form.

Full backs seem essential - Trippier and Davies always come unstuck in big games. We need better athletes there. Wan-Bissaka is a great shout, Palace could be tempted as they could probably reinvest the money in attacking areas.

Left back is a tricky one - have we had many links of note? Always thought Shaw would be a goer but that's done now.

Then it leaves DM - Winks is looking like he can be our playmaking CM so we need an all rounder - Ndombele or De Jong would be perfect if possible (smart money suggests not).

I believe there were some loose links to Grimaldo & the guy from PSG who sucks. Wan-Bissaka would be a good shout if we aren't convinced of Aurier as well as Tripps. I always thought Ndombele was more of a box to box, deep lying playmaker type as well as De Jong. I really like the prospects of Berge rather than a guy like Barrios.

Ndombele seems to be able to do it all, but also seems to be attracting the bigger fish.

Kondogbia is looking like a missed opportunity if we did kick his tyres in the summer. Berge looks interesting but it'd be a huge step up for him - we need a first team ready option as Dembele/Wanyama seem to have regressed, and Dier is inconsistent.

Grimaldo is interesting, certainly a very good footballer from what I've seen.

Grimaldo would definitely bring some dynamic ability back to fullback. Berge is the perfect example of a player that goes to Dortmund, Lazio, etc. and then we can no longer afford them. The weird thing about CM is most of the big clubs have their starters. Juve probably need one, but other than that most of the starters are fairly established. Unless City/Madrid/Barcelona want to just keep hoarding them.

You do realize this wish list is going to Levy and not Santa?

Is that not down to Fulham's manager being tactically incompetent? Also, would this not be the time to get him then? If he was lighting up the prem at what 18 years old? Every big club would be paying 60m in january and price us out

We need to find the next ndombele , In the summer when his rep was low was our chance

Out of our league and budget now

Maybe Lobotka who we had rumors about late in the window? Although maybe that was one of the players Poch refused.

If poch refused lobotka (doubtful because a few sources said Poch pushed or him) then we need to question his thought process. Terrific player.

He and Berge who we both had rumors about late in the window would have helped a whole lot.
