For what? Taking a contract with better terms than what we were offering? He went to another employer for better terms and won a load of trophies. He isn't a Spurs fan, he doesn't owe us anything. I would have done the same thing.

That fine but if a player does that to a club the club shouldn’t go back to sign him later in his career, have some pride

I'd have no problem if it was a simple case of signing a player that had played for Chelsea, but he did kinda disrespect us after imitating that he was happy to join up.

He didn't sign any contract, be bitter about it if you like but I'd go back on my word if it meant a ton more money and trophies.

And the company you pissed around wouldn’t want you back in 7 years time.
My point you keep missing is, that I don’t necessarily blame him for doing it but I don’t want to see him in our shirt, ever
