Not seen enough of him to claim he'd be the real deal for Spurs - but he will be more expensive than £8m. But Spurs do need stand-ins for both Bale and Lennon - for competition sake (well hard to "push" Bale for a starting spot I know), to rest both in certain games and replacements in case of injuries.
Dougie Freedman said: 'I know he is worth more than £11m. You’re getting him cheap if you get him for that."

Tottenham are ready to splash out £8million on Crystal Palace wonder boy Wilfried Zaha in the transfer window, writes The People.
White Hart Lane supremo Daniel Levy wants the exciting England Under-21 striker – the star of Dougie Freedman’s high-flying Eagles side – and will pay big bucks to get him.
Zaha has already been the target of £3million-plus offers from Wigan and Bolton, but Spurs are willing to pay more than DOUBLE that.
Freedman has already warned suitors that Zaha is worth more than £11million.

And Tottenham want the move set up as soon as possible – they may even be happy to leave the youngster at Selhurst Park in a loan-back deal for the rest of Palace’s promotion campaign – to beat off their rivals.
Manchester City and Arsenal have both been tracking Zaha who has been nurtured by Freedman from the Selhurst Park academy.
Palace chief Steve Parish has fended off all interest in his prize asset so far, but a massive cheque may make the London club change their minds.
Parish helped keep Palace going when they were in financial trouble and has a huge dilemma on his hands – although there is a chance of a sale PLUS keeping Zaha for the rest of the season.
Freedman is concerned that Palace will cash in despite his efforts in moving them into a top-six slot. The Championship manager-of-the-month has fought hard to keep his best player and does not want to see his promotion prospects undermined.
