We had a comment from Breezer (I think and if I'm wrong I'll move the comment) that he won't be anyway near the 70m the papers were claiming as Palace were in a spot of bother.

They were late issuing their accounts but once they did they were fine. So I think it’s not too bad there. They are building a new stand too.

If they let him go, especially with losing Loftus-Cheek from centre mid this season they 100% become one of the favourites to get relegated.
It could cost them more selling him than keeping him. I can't see them doing that he's the only thing they've got going good for them

He qualifies as homegrown however if I'm not mistaken. £40-£50m tops not a penny more, especially after fluffing his lines at Man U when he got his big move. No wonder we aren't buying players, the markets gone nuts!
