You could have heard a pin drop on Tottenham’s return flight from Merseyside on Sunday evening. Unsurprising, really, given what had transpired at Everton a few hours earlier. The 3-2 scoreline did not reflect what was a chastening afternoon for Spurs’ forlorn players.

The club are most likely to be scouring the bargain basements. Levy is the master of 'spoiling the ship for a ha'peth of tar'. Time and time again we have been left short when we were in a position to push on.

It's criminal as this time around we are in need for support from the board as we are desperately struggling.

The problem is that with so many players out we are bound to struggle but there isn't really any squad space to bring any in without some major juggling. We can't even get Djed Spence in the EL squad but we'll probably take Forster out to accommodate him now but we still need to find a way of getting Kinsky in there. Who could or would we sell to make spaces? Doesn't look like Werner's going anywhere.

We still move Werner out of the EL squad. Whether we can return him or not makes no difference imo,

That opens up a route for Kinsky but people are going on about who else we need without thinking about how we integrate.
