We could've got him for £15-20mil, even if they get relegated he's going to cost £60mil + and i can't see us paying that.
I don’t see why we wouldn’t be interested at £60m because he’s a proven performer in the league now, the right age, and we need to rebalance the squad with more HG players. We were willing to spend £55m on Ndombele who had to adjust to this league.

The reasons we’re probably not gonna be in for him is that he’s really shining in that inside left role where we’ve got Son and Bergwijn who like to ply there. Even as an 8/10 we’ve got Lo Celso and Ndombele. Also the price will probably go up as the likes of United are desperate for young, HG creative players.

I don't get the hype with Jack Grealish. Didn't really do a huge amount yesterday.
Apart from roasting Toby and Aurier multiple times, shaving the angle of post and bar with a shot, putting one on a plate for Luiz who contrived to hit Davies with the goal gaping.

I think the following definitely are gone this summer:
Rose
Wanyama
Foyth
KWP

Maybe:
Jan
Dier
Sissoko
Lamela
Aurier

Guess it all depend on the incoming, and if we can find buyers and get a fair price for the ones we want to sell.
Personally I hope Jan stays. As a squad player.
Also hopes Dier finds his old self again. He is versatile and would be a good squad player.
I also like Lamela but he is injured a lot and dont seem able to find good form over a time period.

I doubt we’d let both Lamela and Sissoko go next summer. There’s gonna be a load of change in the squad but we’ll need to keep some of the old guard as too much change can be disruptive too.

Seems like mitigating circumstances at the weekend re. Toby. But at the rate he's declining too there's an argument to say keep Dier as a centre back and sell Toby! There's probably not too much to call between them as CBs now.

Nah. Toby had a bad game but he's shown for most of this season that he's still capable of performing at this level. Dier hasn't shown he's anywhere near the required standard for about 2 years.

Since he signed the new deal he has been back to top levels of performance. Back to being fearless and getting stuck in. The big difference at the moment is that he doesn't have a peak vertonghen next to him.

I thought Toby was alright. Obviously stuck the ball past Lloris, but this was at least 75% Lloris' fault. Partly the fault of the conditions. People never take into account the weather conditions, but it's a legit factor in my opinion. If you've ever played football in windy as fuck conditions you'll have some sympathy. We forget, because these lads make football look easy, but it's really not in those conditions.

I thought he was decent on the ball and aside from the goals they didn't massively stretch us. One shit moment, and a goal from a set piece. Certainly no need to make any rash terrible decisions like putting Dier to CB instead. Even at his fittest Dier was a terrible CB so that's a no from me.

We’re gonna need some money to buy this summer. Think Lamela, kwp, foyth and sissoko are the ones that could get us some money in.

I think the list could be -

kwp
Rose
Wanyama
Sissoko
Dier
Foyth

Aurier can go on the list of we bring in 2 better RBs.

I hope we have a mass exodus in the summer but we won't.

I wouldnt be against any of the following to move onto pastures new:

Lloris
Gazzaniga
Aurier
Davies
Verts
Toby
Wanyama (how the fuck is he still here)
Dier
Lamela
Lucas
Sissoko.

Who knows? But I would get rid of aurier, davies, verts, dier, kwp, wanyama, vorm, for sure.

Wouldn't be bothered if winks was sold as don't rate him and shouldn't be first choice but would do a job as a squad player and takes a home grown spot

If stupid money came in for Dele I would take it as well

5 players in minimum. A centre half, 2 full backs on each side, a defensive midfielder, and a striker who is good enough to challenge kane or even play along side him.

Wanyama has to go. Whats the point of using up a nonHG spot for a guy who never plays? Foyth too if he doesnt get some games.

I'd see if Stoke would take ndombele for a season on loan. Cold night in Stoke, the Orcs going at it, he'll come back a changed man. Harder, tougher, mental fortitude ... He needs it.
