Maybe years ago the players were professional who just want to play football. Now, sadly you are wrong. They are Playboys, celebrities and party goers. Us and Chelsea are still very much the glamour clubs for these "players". We are a soft touch for those who want to get paid a footballers wage while living the high life in London. Fergie wouldn't stand for THUDD and Lennon being out on the piss, Wenger wouldn't either. We need to shape up.

From a slightly different view we are pretty much pointing to the same thing are we not?

And that is that the players are unlikely to be majorly affected by any boardroom shennanigans as they are in reality playing for themselves.

i think the most improved players are from the scum , just watch how they play :( , from our team i think the most improved player is guess who --- > Bale

Oh yes, the greatest media bullshit ever "Arsenal are the best team to watch in the premier league". Of course they are! If you like to play counter attack, at home, against Bolton. Yeah it is effective, but it is essentially a sprint from Arsenals box to the opposition box. It is NOT how I would like us to play.

Sort of. Except my point is that they are all ****s. What I would really like is to have a couple of players in the team that actually support the club and want to be there. Just a bit of effort, please!

Who has made more Senior appearances for England since that scumbag made the world cup squad answer Lennon and have you been watching the under 21S lately the scumbag has been dog shit in the last two or three games,He has one good game against a side that we could put 3or4 past and hes the next Henry.Lennon needs to be told to get back out on the right side as wide and as high up the pitch as he can and start taking players on the outside again once he starts doing this he will be back in the senior squad again.

Remember when we bought Lennon and the Scum bought Jersey Joe Walcott how we laughed at who had the better deal and better value, and at that time we were right.Lennon was streets ahead of Walcott.
After recent games however are we so sure? Walcott has come on leaps and bounds and poor old AL who is continually played out of position ,when he plays, seems to have stagnated.
Why is this?
Could it be that the Scum have better coaches and training systems then us ? the answer must be yes whose fault is this . Our head coach has had nearly 3 years here and i cant think of one player who has improved under his tutelage. If I'm wrong please enlighten me.This one cant be blamed on the board , it only shows another failing that must be parked at the door of Good Old Uncle Martin.
Don't even try to fob this off by blaming the other coaches we have if they are not good enough Jol should have had them out by now.No this is down to one person and one person only Martin Jol.

I totally agree with you, have some rep.

I have been saying this for a while, we are adopting a policy of buying youth but the coaching is not bringing the youth on whatsoever.

Get we get this guy banned pls, he's clearly being racialist.
I've just searched all the coaches in football manager and there's no sign of anyone with this name

Of course there is, he just spelt it wrong. Just check out the Liverpool squad, look at the assistant, Ayestaran (sp?). Basically since he lift Liverpool's bright start has turned to a steaming pile of shit. Supposedly a superb coach, although I have no problems with Jol personally. We will win our next 12 and all this will be immaterial.

Over the last 2 or 3 years, our most improved player is Keano without a doubt. He just keeps having his 'best ever season'. Long may it continue.

I think Lennon has actually improved. He's improved his whinging technique, he's improved his giving up when he loses the ball, and he's improved his "innit" pout.

Seriously though, I think Lennon has improved (though not his delivery!) and when confidence is back, it will show.
