Disappointed in Barry Glendenning on the Football Weekly pod - this window proves that Poch is in complete control over signings [not matter what he claims!]. To just toss off this idea he won't be here by the end of the season. I just find it lazy. Poch rightly demanded investment and boy did he get it. He wanted to build for the next 5 years and for me, that's clearly begun.

And yeah, caveat, just how bad Zidane is at Real worries me. But we weathered that before.

At first I thought he was quite harmless a few years ago when he used to do that Guardian podcast with james Richardson but now he’s just a bit of a nasty twat. Have a look at his twitter feed. He’s either trying to be controversial for the sake of it or is just a pretty nasty bloke on the sly.

Little section about Spurs with Neville and Carragher and Flav from the FC

Cheers for posting. Carragher actually speaks sensibly about his beloved Liverpool and I agree with him. They’re in serious trouble if they have a few big injuries. We know how much that can hurt.

Also Neville saying we had a great season - he obviously means getting top 4 and getting to the CL final. Whilst we didn’t win anything, I agree they were good achievements with the amount of injuries and lack of preseason our players had.

If Liverpool had anywhere near our injuries they'd be fucked. Just look at Alisson, a calf strain for a couple of weeks and it's front page news.
