Disgraceful behaviour from a bunch of morons, who I don't wish to be associated with as a Spurs supporter or in any other capacity. I don't know how a young player like Palmer doesn't respond, so well done to him for ignoring them and showing them what a talented player he is.

he took it on the chin, that's for sure.

Saints Web
  • Will there be a one minute silence for all the Saints who work with Spuds fans like me. Dreading this game
  • You just know they’ll turn up and actually play on Sunday, smash us 5-0. We’re the perfect game for them with Ange under pressure. Dreading it
  • Lurch in goal. We know he's got a number of weaknesses, getting down to shots and distribution. Issue is, will we actually test the goalkeeper, or press him when he's on the ball?
Tottenham also leave a lot of space when they all move forward. Will we exploit that, or allow them to get back into position as our centre-backs and goalkeepers pass between themselves before giving Son the ball
  • The meeting of two managers that have an inbuilt inflexibility to change the style of which their teams play.
    both shite and failing.
    should be a blast
  • If the board had any sense at all then sacking Martin and getting a replacement in would likely see a new manager bounce against a turbulent Spurs and a possible 3 points.
Therefore I expect us to do nothing and maybe sack him on Monday after a 0-4 defeat
  • Lol, 0-1 after a few seconds
  • 0-10 incoming?
  • Fuck me..
  • Unbe-f*cking-leavable.
    Martin f**k off.
  • Nice and tight lads. Nice and tight
  • Game over after 37 seconds.
    only at SFC
  • Are we being brave yet?
  • Fans with the sarcastic "we've got the ball" chant again. Wonder if Martin realises they're taking the piss out of him
  • Can we sack absolutely everyone, not just Martin?
  • haha 2 nil
  • How are the fans at the game just sat there accepting this shit.
  • Good fucking grief
  • Can we sack him at half time?
  • Ha ha!!!!! Good job Spurs are down to the bare bones. What does this clown do during training sessions
  • What are the odds on 0-9?
  • Fkin glad I didn’t go, absolute disgrace
  • Had a manager ever been sacked mid game?
  • 0-3 and Spurs are having the freedom of the pitch.
  • This is unacceptable. Absolutely gutless. Martin should be ashamed
  • Fuck off Martin, just fuck the fuck off
  • "fuck off Martin, this is fucking shit" I think I heard changed then.
Fuck me 3-0. That's the loudest set of boos I've ever heard
  • 0-9 incoming

Gotta get some work done, but there are 12 more pages here

Considering Mazaroui should have had two yellows in the first half and Dalot basically abused Deki the whole game, including pulling him down by the neck of his shirt and didn't get a yellow, the ref couldn't have helped them much more.

  • Feel it was a mistake by Amorim to field such a weak team when we're on a high from the weekend and gaining momentum. Winning two in a row away at top 6 teams would have built morale that much quicker. This is an average Spurs side, there for the taking.
  • Bring back VAR
  • We win if we had Son and Kulusevski up front.
  • We were better, controlled the game for the most part.
Gave up some horror goals however.
    Spurs are wank
  • Least it wasn’t 4-0. We dominated that 2nd half. Had more possession away to another big team in the prem. Amorim is cooking something special.
  • Like two pub teams, absolutely dreadful everywhere, tactically, technically etc etc etc absolute pantomime of a game
  • Spurs will be the team to get in the draw. You could be 3 down and still be in it.
  • Spurs at their very spursy-ist but they still managed to win which tells you far more about us.
Two joke shop teams , with us the bigger laugh right now.
  • 2 shit goalkeepers, 2 not very good teams
  • This Spurs team is comical. Falling three goals behind was too much, and we have only ourselves to blame for those mistakes
  • Absolutely buzzing with that performance, genuinely. We are improving so much in so many areas
  • Gifted Spurs that, they're not beating any of the other 3 semi finalists
  • Poxy Spurs bastards,, hardly in the game all the way through.
  • The play acting from Spurs a fecking disgrace.
  • Spurs - United
    • Ball possession: 46% - 54%
    • Expected goals (xG): 0.67 - 2.38
    • Total shots: 9 - 20
How the feck did they win this, and by scoring 4 too?
  • Spurs are not a good team and they have not played well against us this season. Yet we have conceded 7 goals against them. That says a lot.
  • A weirdly refreshing defeat... nice to see some fight and not wilt at 3-0 down.
Tottenham were lucky, if only we could finish
  • Mistakes at both ends. We were the better team. Unlucky really.
  • If Amad, De Ligt, Shaw, Onana start that game, we probably win easily. Shaw is obviously a pipe dream, but Spurs scored 4 goals doing very little
  • Fourth goal is an obvious foul. Ridiculous reffing.
Let's be honest, anyone else he blows for a foul.
Probably wants his name in the paper
  • Bayindir & Martinez 4-3 United
  • Lets face it, had Forster not gifted us two goals, it wouldn't have even been close.
  • So frustrating to lose to that shite! They did their best to gift us that game, unfortunately our keeper is even more Spursy than they are
  • We played the better football overall with a slightly rotated team too. Should’ve won and can see a lot of positives.
  • Feels robbed but not upset. We have been the better team away at spurs(who are inconsistent) played the better football individual errors cost us but feels good bring on Bournemouth this weekend
  • Bergvall pulled his hand back. Its just a foul. I mean if this i okay we better start training our players to do the same. Except that would never ne accepted.
  • It's a shame because this Spurs team (without 2 main CBs and Vicario) were clearly beatable.
  • Mad game, Spurs are shite, random goals, ridiculous xg, not sure how I feel about going out. Might not be the worst thing for us.
  • Spurs were shite I cannot wait to play them with a decent 11
  • We'll finish above Spurs in the league and go further than them in Europe.
  • this loss has saved us an absolute hiding from Liverpool over two legs. The Turkish keeper isn't good. That's about it.
When you look at the fixture congestion Spurs have to deal with now... rather them than us. They may even wind up missing out on top 8 in the Europa League as a result and add even more fixtures.
  • Was in with the Spurs fans today and was ready to walk at 3-0
If it weren't for the mistakes thought we was ok
At 3-1 you could sense the fans getting nervous and thought this could be on.
Cue the goal from the corner....
  • Silver lining: we out-possessed a team like Spurs and actually manage to make a good use of that said possesion.

Were they all watching a different game? They were completely toothless and Forster gifted them two goals. I imagine most of their XG was from that too. Banging on about possession too, they really have lost it.

It’s really funny. They got 2/3 goals from absolute howlers yet they were the better squad.

The XG argument - did any of these guys go to school? What were the XG on the two GK mistakes? 1.8?

I think they might think they were the better side against Manchester City too.
