- To all the Sp**s fans out there, well done on helping stop Arsenal winning a trophy (guess 3 Arsenal championships basically won on your ground would be a little much!) but remember...
No proper cup since 1991.
No league title since 1961.
...so maybe stick this defeat in your trophy cabinet to be fair, certainly have the room - They really are ****. Those players are not up to par. Son, Kulu is back to being ****, Maddison is injured 50% of the time... Still think Ange is a good coach but I think the honeymoon phase is well and truly over
- Dear Pathetic Spud Voyeurs,
I understand that the overwhelming majority of you have never seen so much as an FA Cup let alone a league title so let me explain something to you. Losing the title in the 3rd week in May(if that's what happens) and knowing you're going to go again the following year while playing CL football in front of people who remember what winning feels like is not failure. Failure is bringing your kids on the pitch after winning against a 9 man Liverpool, crowning yourselves champions in September and then celebrating missing out on the CL yet again and ensuring you'll achieve nothing next season yet again.
Having a club you can be proud of is worth more than any individual result and you don't have that so enjoy this moment where you celebrate your own failure. All you have are consolations. We have a great young team, a great young manager and a platform to build from. Your club is an assembly line of false dawns and failure. - Don't mind the spite. It's the only thing they have.
- Man that Son miss hurts
- That will be his greatest highlight amongst their fans when he’s retired, just watch.
Anyway, can’t blame him for that deliberate miss. That is what the fans would have wanted and they will laud him for that.
We threw it away against Villa a few weeks ago. We’ll learn and come back stronger. - You can't get more small time than celebrating a defeat because it might have stopped a team you don't like win something but doing so has made sure Villa will finish above you for the second season in a row. They just made sure Villa well and truly have leapfrogged them as a contender for a CL place for the foreseeable future.
Self sabotaging your longterm prospects to feel a very fleeting awkward joy. Only the spuds would not only take this deal but would even revel in it. - Ooh, Ange is spilling the tea
Love it - Rednapp now agreeing Sp**s don't have a winning mentality
Jesus, I'd be so embarrassed to be a Sp**s fan tonight. Especially after cheering that loss - All hate and jokes aside... there is something wrong with the identity at Sp**s. It is far worse than what happened to us or United are going through currently. You would rather take the hit and be a lower mid table type of club than be Sp**s because you would have some dignity. The only way they could possibly shake it is by winning that UCL final or removing Levy and becoming a Dortmund/Leipzig/Brighton style sporting project and stop living off being a London club with a big catchment area.
- I have to confess I’ve really warmed to Ange now…
Anyone that hates Sp**s like he clearly does at this point is alright in my book - Wouldn't be surprised if he's gone before the end of next season. Seems like his head is gone after their fans embarrassing display.
- I don't think Ange is elite coach but this 3rd manager that coached Sp**s called them losers. That just embarrassing I don't this club will ever be good if Ange achieved something at Sp**s he getting out of there as quick as he can.
I actually thought Sp**s given their best today just some shocking finishing. Enjoy Europa league - i'm loving this Sp**s downfall.
Im not your usual Arsenal fan in that Ive never really cared about Sp**s. But it's so eye opening seeing this loser mentality in HD. I thought it was just Arsenal fans talking down Sp**s. But they actually are losers
And now I feel sorry for Ange. What is happening?

Mate, let's all laugh at Tottenham!
Honestly if I’m United, I’d consider going for him Sounds like a guy in disbelief about how everyone in/around his team puts more value in losing to hurt Arsenal than they do in winning to help Sp**s. And yeah, you wonder if he was told by higher-ups not to win that game or if he knew that...
