OK, RAWK match thread is alive and kicking now - here are some of the posts

They've looked incredibly leggy lately, he played a strong side in the FA Cup and they still only managed a draw. We will kill them if he keeps that three at the back formation.

Shitcoat knows how to setup a team in order to frustrate us. This is going to be tougher than most of you think

They do look incredibly leggy and THAT is the problem Pottechino faced with this lot.
I think Levy was too trigger happy.

This lot had been visibly leggy all of last year from all the pressing and running they've been the seasons before that. They couldn't even press and run much in the CL final.
That trend continued into the current season with them losing and drawing left, right and centre.

The fact they didn't win a single away game all of last year until November when Mourinho came in shows you that this was a physical issue.
It's still continuing under Mourinho. Those guys are fatigued and the fact they have a few ones 29 and up in the matchday squad just makes it more obvious. Normally not a problem, but these guys have been performing like crazy for 2/3 seasons- maybe even punching above their weight, and I think it's tougher if you're over 28 to get rid of that quickly. Sissoko, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Wanyama etc..
Maybe that's why Potch wanted 2 new CBs and some other fresh recruits.
Strange though... most of that squad is 27 years of age.

Anyway, I can't see them matching our pressing and running at all.

Mourinho loves nothing more than to spoil a party and he's got pretty good form with us on that front. But Spurs haven't really got going under him yet and we're boss. I expect a tight game, possibly a shite game, but a win.

I'm expecting a cagey game.

It will probably be a bit like the Man U game in that we're quite a lot better than them but pushing on too hard will play into their hands (in Spurs' case, the quick counter attacks of Son, Alli and Moura). Equally, even though they're the home side, I don't see Mourinho committing too many players forward as his defence can't match our forwards man for man

You would think Mourinho will sit back and look to counter although it’s possible that their embarrassment in the Cup prompts a more adventurous approach. It all depends on when we get the first goal. Score early and it could be a 4-0 pasting. But go scoreless past the hour and we might even get suckered.

Overall I suspect their low confidence, the absence of Kane and the effective absence of Eriksen means we should win. I’ll say 2-0 away win.

I think it's irrelevant what Spurs try to do, or how Maureen sets them up.

If this Liverpool side goes out and plays as it can, even at only 70% of what it can do, it'll be far too good for Spurs. Add on the fatigue factor in our favour, their current run of form, and our recent performances and momentum and it should be a convincing win for the Reds. Of course, Klopp and the players won't be complacent and will focus on doing their jobs and from that the win will come. But as a fan, it's great going in to games like this expecting to win.

these have put in some weird performances since jose arrived...at times they look like a shower of shite and at others you see the potential...they have some biiig weaknesses that we can exploit like no other team so we should not be giving these any respect, especially that wanker manager

Probably the least concerned I've ever been before facing a Mourinho team (even ahead of the Anfield Utd game that got him sacked). They are tired, well past any new-manager bounce and missing Kane.

The only decision on our part is the third midfielder - Henderson and Wijnaldum are a given. I suspect Keita, Fabinho and Milner are all out so it almost certainly has to be AOC. We're constantly on a knife-edge of these injuries - 1 more in defense or MF at any time would be a big problem but we have just about managed it until now.

There is always the fear that we could have an off day - that 4-1 game at Wembley still feels fresh and was a shocker but surely that's how we would need to play to get a similar result.

Man for man we are a much better team and as already said a much fitter team so play our game and take them to the cleaners.

We know that Maureen will have them set up to frustrate and we know this is one game he really wants to win but hopefully Klopp has now got his number.

0-3 for me and we get to sing "Don't sack Mourinho" again.

Hate playing these knobheads.

They'll be a far better side without that diving gobshite playing.

They are pretty woeful, truly hideous defensively, we’d have hammered them but Atkinson levels it out hugely unfortunately.

I'm worried about this one. Not for the result, because I think we're good enough to beat them however negatively they play, but because they could give us more injury concerns. They're currently second in the yellow card rankings, and joint top for reds, and not without good reason. Plus we've got that fucker Atkinson in charge and he does like to "let things go".

This will be a one sided game which we'll dominate

They're forced to play Winks and Dier in midfield - that's a woeful lack of running power against the most athletic team in the world

He'll do his sit deep, mess up the game, counter attack nonsense but our back four is so quick and we're so well organised its really hard to see them getting anything

It's like they've had so many decisions go against them this season.

Unfortunately all the other stuff about us (apart from Kane diving) is just about on the money :(

We're doomed I tell ya.

I find it quite amusing on RAWK they are being quite generous to us. Probably more than they should be. Funny how not being a rival changes the mindset. Usually they are full of hate and spite. They are saying they will win - fair enough, they will. But they are saying we will be tougher than they think... We won't.

I love how they are picking up on our leggyness and fatigue yet these fuckers play the same 11 players each week and don’t pick up so much as a grass stain.

Funny how 2 years has changed us from being hated by the dippers, to them almost feeling sorry for us and seeing us as no threat whatsoever. I would like us to beat them, just so they don't go the season unbeaten.. It's bad enough with one lot of self proclaimed "Invincibles"let alone two!

This is an interesting one. On one hand i wouldn't mind them going the season unbeaten as 'The Invincibles' is the last thing that Arsenal fans are clinging on too.

On the other side of the coin, they are an annoying bunch of ****s so i would love 'Maureen' to nick a 1-0 and stick it to them

They like the word “leggy” up there don’t they? Must be one of the first (and mostly only) words they learn before they leave school at 7. They cut me leggy off!

Legs probably feature heavily in their upbringing. Probably heard "quick, leggit!" quite a lot growing up :)

And they've been "pressing and running" just as much as our team the last few seasons.
